All older children or adults are charged THB 1500.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The property next to Buri Rasa Koh Samui is currently undergoing renovations. Construction will take place from 08:00 - 17:00 daily from now until March 2010 and may cause some slight disturbance towards the beach front property.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon before heading to the (much nicer) sister resort in phanghan. The rooms were lovely and the resort had a village feel which we liked. Unfortunaly the beach was very dirty and little effort was made to clean the section up directly infront of the hotel which I would have expected |

Beach access. Quiet location, nice size complex (not too large) Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Hotel room seating was poor,. no chairs, just a lounge that was too low for Westerners. |

Everything. The building noise next door when in having a spa treatment. They offered 30% discount for hotel guests at spa, however because I didn't ask for it I didn't receive the discount. |

Very good location, the rooms are clean and finely decorated in a typical thai style. The restaurant is really good and so it's its staff We stay in a superior room with a private deep pool ( but there were other costumers in their balqony just over the pool, so it came to be not so private).Building works were in process in the field next to the hotel, and it was very noisy since early in the morning. We were moved to other room on our request. the receptionists were not helpfull and quite unfriendly. |

Directly on the beach, beautiful rooms comfortable and thai traditional.Quiet garden even if this hotel is on Chaweng beach road. Close to the restaurants and nightlife spots The pool is too small. Expensive hotel if you pay directly on the website. With Booking.com it's much better as I got 33% discount. |
