The location is great, very close to the night bazar and shopping areas. However the bath room is a little bit too small, no hand towel. Breakfast is fine. In overall it is fine. |

Room: curtains need renovation which is expensive,,for a cheap rate hotel..but the help and friendliness of staff over compensated. Windows were so dirty. |

Great location, I liked the person who sold tours. I am not a snob who is used to luxury hotels. Other reviews call this place Average, I think it is crap crap crap: Dirty, disgusting, spider webs and mold in my bathroom, run down, noisy, kept running out of hot water, ran out of breakfast items and did not replace, other breakfast items cold. I know this isn't a 4 star hotel, and I really don't mind old and run down, but at least keep it clean! |

Worst hotel I've ever been to!!! Real nightmare !!! Rooms, halls, restaurant are very dirty!!!! We saw huge cockroach in our room, and many small cockroachs in the shampoo that hotel provides as bathroom supplies. Terible!!! Also, there were several lizards in the hall!!! Restaurant for the breakfast was also dirty. Also, when we book the hotel via booking.com, we booked for the room with balcony. And as I could see there were no balconies on any room. Only good thing about this hotel is its location. But, there are many other and better hotels for same price with good location in Chiang Mai. |

the location of the hotel is convenient..night bazaar is right behind the hotel building..the bed is comfortable..good for a budget stay..staffs are friendly.. the hotel's toilet was a bit old..no hot water at the shower as well..breakfast can be improved.. the staff will give your room number to the taxi driver without your knowledge.. |

The hotel is in a fantastic location by the night market. Staff are amazing. Unfortunately there were cocroaches in our first room and wifi did not have enough strength to be usable |

The staff were helpful and the in-house travel expert was very good Our first room was excellent and very comfortable, however we switched to a superior room for our final night which had a stale smoke smell and the air con didnt work. |

They were very good, large rooms, with big windows, extremely comfortable beds & excellent air-conditioning. Pity about the guests in the room opposite(1 Thai girl & 1 falang) who had a screaming match & thumping on doors, and hysteria from 5.00am -8.00am. That's not the hotel's fault & they dealt with it sympathetically but not until 7.00am New carpet! And re question below, I haven't read any reviews |
