A good value of money compared to hotel facilities. Complimentary wifi is a good gesture. Breakfast is tasty with a good variety and we had a wonderful Monday "eat as you can" BBQ by pool side. The view from the pool is great. I have stayed in a sea view studio and enjoyed a nice view from my room as well :-)

The shower cabinet didn't smell good all the time. I wasn't encouraged as well to go to the hotel's club by the beach as it wasn't demonstrated to my on arrival.

The staff was very friendly and very attentive...they made us feel pampered. The room was very nice & clean with a stunning direct view of the ocean. Hotel is medium size that it's quite intimate yet have enough space for different activities. The restaurant, lounge, and beach club are on a very nice location with gorgeous unobstructed view!

The staff could all communicate in English, the room was very nice, awesome seaview with jacuzzi, very good breakfast. Really nice location with beautiful sea views, walki g distance from Kamala beach.

The Service was Excellent, it was my girlfriends birthday and I did not know where to get a cake and surprise her and I talk to the staff and they assured me that they will have a cake delivered to my room with no charge. My girl was so surprised and it was a chocolate moose cake. It cant get better than that. The hotel was close to everything, the breakfast was good, the room was fantastic. I really enjoyed the stay and I will go again soon. 5 Stars all the way

The view was amazing, the restaurants, the bars, the service and attention of the staff, they were very nice and helpful always. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We had a room with an ocean view which we totally recommend. Pool area also very nice. We recommend this hotel without a doubt.

It doesn't have a beautiful beach really close ( comparing it with other beaches in Thailand), but you can always arrange daily trips to other islands which are worth seeing or just relax in the hotel.

Needs to have regular complimentary shuttle to beach staff at breakfast unable to cope with high volumes of guests, lacking a good restaurant manager. Front desk staff slow to respond to requests lifts were out of order for 2 days

View is great. Facility may be closed to 5 star, but the service is just 2 star. 1. the swipe card became invalid a couple of times. I needed to go a long way (it is far!) back to the reception to reactive it. 2. there was one night, the power were off twice and I was woken up because it is too hot. 3. they forgot to give me the internet password. I called them and they tried to tell me over the phone, which did not work out in the end and asked me to go a long way to the reception to collect it myself. 4. Left key in the room. Then I go to the reception to ask for help. A lady asked to to go to outside the room again and she would call someone to open the door for me. I waited in front of the door for 10 minutes and no one comes. 5. The room we were first given did not have a great sea view and we asked for a change. We called them 3 times For each of the three times, they said they will called me back in 5 minutes, but they never called me back!!! Never!! 6. No sorry at all for anything bad that happened! If you just like the sea view and do not care about the quality of service, try it. If you do, care about quality, try somewhere else.

I liked the scenery from my villa and hotel lobby, very dramatic.

The private villa that I got was extremely not maintained. All the showers had issues, from water leaking outside the shower to broken knobs that fall off. One of the bedrooms had a very bad moldy odor that was impossible to get rid of and had a hard time using that room. Bugs were everywhere especially around the pool area. What was worse, when a complaint was made, management did not take care of things at all. At check-out, I had to complain extensively to be partially compensated. While this was suppose to be a relaxing trip, I had to constantly complain to get basic service.

The rooms are extremely noisy and it is not getting better with all the Chinese noisy groups. There is no service at all and considering we paid 4000hk$ per night for a regular room it is not acceptable.

Fabulous location and relaxation. Amazing views. Room great for chilling out. Sienna Rocks amazing for daytime. Dj a bit too loud in the evening in roof bar!

Quite expensive compared to the town of Kamala so drinks etc not great value. Staff sometimes a little stand offish and more interested in form completion than helping.

The location on the hill is amazing, the view, the pool and eating area. My room was large and had a private hot tub on the balcony with an amazing view.

For the price you paying you get the luxury but the staff has much to be desired. They were very welcoming on the checking in and payment but nothing in between. I took the room with the hot tub on the balcony for an extra $100 a night. The hot tub on the balcony did not work, it took over 45 min to fill it up. I call reception twice before they sent someone to fix the hot tub. The person they sent could not speak english and could not help. They left the room without doing anything. I call reception again and they said they cant help. I ordered a bottle ofd wine to the room and again had to call twice because it took over 45min for them to bring it. As i say the hotel is beautiful , pool great but for the money you pay the service should be as good

Staff often not able to speak English. Towels for swimming pool not always available. Not all cabs or mini-vans can access the hotel.

Loved the location and the views. Especially the reception views and rooftop bar (Vanilla Sky) - staff there very good too. Comfortable rooms. Khun Yut, I believe he was the Guest Relations Manager was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay, very helpful with food and excursion tips.

The shuttle services to Kamala and Patong (too limited - once a day at a specific time with limited seats). At least the shuttle to Kamala beach should run often, as next door Andara seems to. The fact that cannot opt for an A la Carte breakfast or brunch before 11am by the poolside. Reception staff could be a bit more friendly and accommodating. Jacuzzi at Sienna Rocks should be heated.

Location is great - away from it all. Close to beach access if you want it, but otherwise felt like a nice escape from the mayhem of the crowded beaches.

Food and beverage needs a lot of improvement. It was the one area that really let the place down. Granted, it was high season but the bar couldn't accommodate our tapas order. We waited over an hour for 3 very small dishes, and when they finally arrived, the order was wrong! Rather than send it back, we ate what we were given, but it wasn't correct. We were told that the restaurant was busy, but there were very few people ordering tapas from the bar, so I assume they forgot to place our order and only remembered after a long time had passed.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. Really nothing to complain about. The views are astonishing, the personal is very friendly. I felt like at home. This is what makes me return to Thailand again and again. I was suprised that walk to the beach took only about 7-10 minutes. I saw some reviews with the complaints that it's too far and I even used the hotel shuttle to the beach once. But didn't really understand why. The chief responsible for food at this hotel is genious. We had a great pleasure eating at the Plum restaurant - astonishing views and absolutely perfect food.

Be careful when you take the most simple sea view room - it may have a view to the electric cable and the road. We got lucky and lived on the 4th floor, I'm afraid the lower level have a very disapointing "sea view". So I'd suggest to contact the hotel administration in advance on this matter.

We got a very good rate. Hotel has amazing sea views. Service was very good. Toiletries were great.

Road in front of the resort was a bit noisy as there was construction nearby. No mosquito net screen doors. Bit of a walk to town.

1-There is No Access to the Beach 2-Bathroom Sink Was Not Comfortabel

There is no 'stunning sea view' as instead described but a cable air wire and a street between the balcony and the sea.. We thought we should stay on the beach but the hotel is not. Poor shuttle bus to reach the beach (only once per day at a fixed time)

Despite confirmation and payment up front, we had to wait long time for room to be available and readied. Frontliners didn't tell us about available shuttle to Patong till we enquired and it was too late by the time we got our room on the first day

The room was spacious; bed was very comfortable. The view was spectacular. The amenities were awesome, I especially loved Sienna Rocks for sunbathing. It was quiet and faces the Andaman Sea. Breakfast was not bad, variety was standard. The location was rather convenient. About 5-10 mins walk to the nearest 7-Eleven store. And 15 mins to the main town area.

I had to keep logging in to access the complimentary wifi. It was a hassle to say the least. When I first checked in, the bathroom smelled badly of pee. I had to call housekeeping to do a bit of cleaning. The bar counter had ants crawling around; not a pretty sight for guests.
