Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas  

Mensen die negatief over dit hotel hun recensie schrijven snappen niet echt wat men moet verwachten van een hotel in thailand. Als we praten over europees personeel of over het personeel in thailand is er een verschil maar dat kun je verwachten maar ze zijn er wel super aardig en behulpzaam wat je hier steeds vaker niet meer hebt. Slechte dingen kun je altijd vinden, vlekje op handdoek, mieren op kamer, slecht Engels maar men lost het altijd op of is behulpzaam. Qua ligging lekker rustig, super avond eten in poolbar voor een goede prijs/qualiteit! Voor + hoofdgerecht, biertje ongeveer 1000Baht. Kamer schoon en super ingericht. Elke avond een lekker olie geurtje! Super aardig personeel, ontbijt heerlijk. Ik zeg niet twijfelen, boeken. Taxi naar Patong 400Baht, shuttle hotel aan begin avond ook prima!

The jazzuci that faces the sea in the room was amazing! You can soak yourself in it under the sun and stare into the wide blue ocean. The pool at the beach club is something you must try in your life. It faces the wide blue ocean and you can take pics as if you are falling off the edge into the sea. The "pulm" restaurant was also great and romantic!

Everything was amazing and even more than my expectation. Me and my husband were really happy about our choice, We loved that our room viewing the sea, hotel area was calm and clean. All i can say that I really had a lovely romantic times at the hotel

The hotel design is good, it looks modern. The pool side restaurant is a very good place for breakfast. You can choose to sit next to the pool. Unfortunately, during our stay, two mornings rained. The breakfast is quite good also. They offer a bit of different varieties every day. The staffs at poolside restaurant and the Plum restaurant are quite nice. The location is good if you are looking for a very quiet environment. There are some restaurant choices just about 10-15min walking distance.

Before our arrival, the staff promised to arrange honeymoon decoration in our room, but when we arrived, it's obvious no special decoration was made. The decoration is not important, but they didn't provide the service that they promised is the problem. The staffs at frontdesk were not too helpful. When we requested a late check-out time on the arrival day (our requested check-out time is 1pm, ie. 1 hour later than the normal check-out time), they asked us to ask again one day before our check-out day. When we asked again before the check-out day, without really trying her best to arrange, the frontdesk staff said, "NO" and the reason (excuse) was that the visitors would be coming early on our check-out day. But I do believe there are some other vacant rooms. Our room has many ants. Wherever we placed some food (heatsealed and packet food), the ants came up and gathered there very soon. I saw at least some everywhere, even on the bed (I didn't put food or eat on the bed for sure!)

The hotel is very nice, staff is friendly and always willing to help. Sienna Rocks was our favorite place of the hotel, we enjoyed the days at the pool there.

We arrived and departured in the middle of the night. Night staff is neither very friendly nor very friendly.

Room wasn't cleaned, even after we asked to clean it and to bring us a new towels.

The room is spacious and well designed. The spa bath facing the ocean is ever so peaceful. The breakfast was full of choices. It's not far from Patong beach (taxi fare 400tb one way) but so much quieter and relaxing.

Restauants in the hotel and around the area are quite pricey. Same as massages and spa treatments. Taxi fare in Phuket is fixed so be prepared to spend fair a bit of money on taxi if you want to go out.

Pool area feels a bit crammed with the amount of people that were hanging out there. Not much privacy feeling. Although last day I found out there's is another pool section "sienna rock" downstairs. Looked nice. Nice and clean hotel, they seem to try and act like a 5* hotel, but that's not the case.

I needed some "me time" solo for 2 nights before returning to work and when I heard that Cape Sienna was child free - I was sold. Such places are difficult to find.

The view at the lobby is really good and they have four type shapoo and shower gel for you to choose.

Actually the basic room view is not good, because the coconut tree is front of the window.Don't assume this is full sea view, they have some three bedroom suite is in front of the main building.

Perfect ambience. Great pool-side. Wonderful cocktails in vanilla sky- bar (try the mandarin mojito !) room was great. And: the chef is from italy, what you can easily recognize at: breakfast, lunch and dinner !

We booked a taxi for early morning pick up to the airport. Didnt work, we went almost mad when they managed it and organized a cab prettypretty late. However, we catched the plane.

The hotel is located in Kamala Beach which is a nice area and not so far from Patong beach, where the island shops and night life located. In addition, the hotel is quiet and comfortable and have a nice sea-view. Breakfast buffet was nice also.

I didn't like the design of the bathroom and the shower ! In addition, the studio is too small! It is just a room not a studio!!
