“Mensen die negatief over dit hotel hun recensie schrijven snappen niet echt wat men moet verwachten van een hotel in thailand. Als we praten over europees personeel of over het personeel in thailand is er een verschil maar dat kun je verwachten maar ze zijn er wel super aardig en behulpzaam wat je hier steeds vaker niet meer hebt.”

Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas ligt aan het Kamala strand en biedt een schitterend uitzicht op zee. Het resort is uitgerust met een fitnesscentrum, een buitenzwembad en 3 eetgelegenheden. Mensen die negatief over dit hotel hun recensie schrijven snappen niet echt wat men moet verwachten van een hotel in thailand. Als we praten over europees personeel of over het personeel in thailand is er een verschil maar dat kun je verwachten maar ze zijn er wel super aardig en behulpzaam wat je hier steeds vaker niet meer hebt. Slechte dingen kun je altijd vinden, vlekje op handdoek, mieren op kamer, slecht Engels maar men lost het altijd op of is behulpzaam. Qua ligging lekker rustig, super avond eten in poolbar voor een goede prijs/qualiteit! Voor + hoofdgerecht, biertje ongeveer 1000Baht. Kamer schoon en super ingericht. Elke avond een lekker olie geurtje! Super aardig personeel, ontbijt heerlijk. Ik zeg niet twijfelen, boeken. Taxi naar Patong 400Baht, shuttle hotel aan begin avond ook prima!

mooi hotel met prachtige uitzichten. 10 minuten lopen van het strand, maar goed te doen. ook sávonds is er straat verlichting.

Rooms were immaculate and a great design. The site was so close to the best beach in Phuket. The restaurant food was amazing, and not over priced. Buffet breakfast = amazing. Pool = amazing. Staff service was above and beyond duty - definitely recommend this hotel!!! Nothing, it was amazing value for money!

The pool and sky bar was excellent, the rooms were very nicely appointed and the views of the ocean are breathtaking. The food/alcohol is a little bit expensive for Phuket - give you can pay at least 50% less outside of the hotel. Similarly, the spa was overpriced for the region, so I ended up going into the local areas for spa treatments, which I would have preferred not to do.

the breakfast that we did not get our toiletries with the smell we requested the pillows were lumpy bed linen did not smell fresh transfer to phi phi island that the hotel organised was extremely poor

The location was great, just a 10 minute walk from the Kamala Beach with great sea views from everywhere. The room we chose had a water jet tub. We were on the top floor and had views of sea and mountains. There was a large sitting area and comfortable furniture in it. The area is very comfortable to enjoy the beach, but if you are looking for fabulous entertainment, you may want another beach. The patio furniture was not comfortable. The wicker chairs were not properly cushioned or proportioned. Lounge chairs would have been much more appropriate. The hot water in the shower was sporatic, I think because pressure was poor and did not trigger the heater. The breakfast was adequate, but not special. The seating here also was not comfortable or appropriate.Consierge services were poor and there was a premium charged for tour and taxi services. The restaurants were over priced. We do not stay at 5 star hotels often, but we stayed at two in Bangkok on this trip, and one in Jojokarta Indonesia 2 years ago and this one did not measure up.

This is a place to laid back ,and with spectacular seaview ,great breakfast,calm atmospher Housekeepers did not tide up the room as tidy as it should be,unless everything is good

modern facilities... nice view big rooms confortable bed and bathroom a lot of positive elements but the whole package just does not make it... hotel a bit faar from everything... and not luxurious enough for this distance.. no real direct access to beach, food average at breakfast... outside jackusi not wroking properly.. not enough water pressure...

The hotel is very nice, staff is friendly and always willing to help. Sienna Rocks was our favorite place of the hotel, we enjoyed the days at the pool there. We arrived and departured in the middle of the night. Night staff is neither very friendly nor very friendly.

The magnificent ocean views and beautiful rooms. Air conditioning and bathrooms occassionally smelt. I don't know if this is a common occurrence in Phuket.

I found the Cape Sienna lacking in most areas, however the view and pool setting were the best aspect of the Hotenl The Design is ill considered e.g. The Room Lighting has no thought as you have to get out of bed to switch off a myriad of switches I.e. no master switch ! Similarly the music system has bright blue light which can only be switched off by removing system from plug. The shower has no pressure and runs out of hot water before finishing a single shower.

Magnificent views, amazing poolside bar/food/relaxation high over the sea, Sienna Rocks bar also has pool across road, superior architecture and service, breakfast buffet, many restaurant choices, local taxi or tuk-tuks at door for trips to Kamala Beach(3 mins drive or walkable)or Patong (15mins drive). Distance and stairs to rooms would be prohibitive for the unfit.
