proximity to train station, market and facitlities. Big room, big beds with solid mattresses that I personaly like. Remarkable wide corridors and unexpectedly and deceptively large behing the tiny entrance. Great fan that does the job and our room had window overlooking street which was bonus. Well stocked with necessities that traveller needs at normal prices. Generally relaxed atmoshphere. Helpfull staff who gave us a double room with two beds as we were not a couple. Used the room for day time only as caught train later in the day and mate joined us later, so was a perfect way to relax between trains, do the business and have a shower before our onwards journey. Higly recommended and will definately stay there again.. probably in next day or so on my return trip.

Rooms could do with a lick of paint, but hey ... at 250 Baht per night who are we to moan !!!

The sheets were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were cheap and tasty. Very close to the train station.

You have to pay for internet (but it's pretty cheap) The bathrooms were disgusting, the sink pipe just ran on to the floor! The toilet stank. It was like having an outhouse in your room. If we'd used the shower, it would have just sprayed all over the bathroom and soaked everything.

I was on an emergency trip to hat yai and needed a cheap room. I got the confirmation instantly. There is nothing to complain.

the room cleanliness is so terrible.i believe they dont do housekeeping regularly.the day i check in,i was so shocked to see my bed was full of dust...totally went speechless...at first,my friends and i thought of staying there without thinking further..but overall the room situation was just horrible.we just went the room TWICE.first during the check-in,the last was during check out after we found a better hotel nearby.seriously i hope the owner of this guesthouse take this comment seriously...i know i should not complain so much since i pay little for the room..but PLEASE...at least cleanliness wise,please take note.totally a BIG NO NO for dirt...

有一点吵闹！可能旁边有建筑物在装修吧！

位置超好,服务态度不错,英文水平不够好,有点服务员无法沟通,带了孩子一定要住三人间,其实完全不用,床很大很舒服,卫生就一般,还是自己带被单比较好,价格合适,可惜wifi要收费,100b一天,有点贵

Il receptionist era gentilissimo, ma la camera e' come si vede nella foto. Naturalmente non mi aspettavo niente di piu' visto il prezzo. Se dovete solamente passarci alcune ore per dormire va bene altrimenti non lo consiglio. C'erano due piccioni sopra la mia testa e li ho sentiti svolazzare per il sotto soffito tutta la notte...

pulizia fatta per l'ultima volta nel 2001 per il nuovo secolo immagino.

This guesthouse location is good, near to central. But, the condition of the room are very basic, need perhaps overall renovation or at least new paint(but for the price I paid just to sleep one nite before catching the flight home, it's ok) The night when I was staying there, there were some Indians were making so much noise, talking too loud and having a bit too much drinks :( The staff did nothing to resolve the noise. I ended falling asleep maybe around 3 or 4am. Thus, I do not recommend anyone to this hotel.

酒店不能满足客人的要求，本人之前已在网上预订了三间双人房，但是当本人及几个朋友到达该酒店时，却是被告- 知没有房间了，之前预订的房间没有了，理由是别人比我们早到。而且给我们的房间是一间双人房要挤三个人，和- 一间三人房，我们三对情侣被逼要拆散，分房睡。过后还被要求征收三间预订房间的钱。对于管理及分配房间事务- 不满意，有待改善。

Wifi not free. Basic facilities. Noisy street outside room. Cooling system was just a fan and not great. When checked in, limited English.

Meest verschrikkelijk plek waar ik ooit overnacht heb. De man van de receptie sprak amper engels (kan opzich gebeuren in azie). De gangen naar de kamers deden me denken aan een gevangenis. Mijn eigen kamer stonk verschrikkelijk toen ik binnen kwam, waarschijnlijk kwam dit voornamelijk door de beschimmelde muren. De "badkamer" die ik tot mijn beschikking zou hebben stonk zowaar nog meer en bestond enkel uit een gat in de vloer en een gore wasbak. Zou deze plek aan niemand aanraden!!
