Facilities for outdoor activities were excellent. Room was very spacious and super cozy.

De locatie is goed, De Thaise keuken is good

Graag zou ik u wat foto's sturen van wat ons is tegen gevallen. 1) Het zwembad stinkt, en door de hoeveelheid chemicals in het water is het niet mogenlijk om met de ogen open te zwemmen. Het zembad water in de mond geeft een verdooft gevoel aan de binnenzijde van de mond. 2) De slaapkamer stinkt, er hangt een weeige vochtige lucht. Natte hond. De weeige lucht verdwijnt niet naar een paar uur draaien van de AC. 3) Het buiten terras was aan 1 zijde afgebroken en de latten van de vloer zijn door termieten aangetast waardoor het terras maar voor een klein gedeelte gebruikt kan worden. 4) Het bubbelbad leiding systeem was in geen weken schoon gemaakt, tijdens het aanzetten van het bad bleek dat het leiding systeem vol zat met grote rode mieren en mieren larven. Nog maar niet te spreken van de veteranen bacterie. 5) Deuren die niet sluiten en uit vorm zijn. de ontstane kieren zijn met wc papier gedicht. 6) Boven de plavonds veel herrie door ratten en hagedissen. 7) Hor deuren om muggen buiten te houden zijn beschadigd. muggen hebben vrij spel. 8) het uit-serveren van maaltijden mbt hooft gerecht. Tussen het eerste en tweede hoofd gerecht zit 20 minuten. Niet echt gezellig. Samen eten is er niet bij. Wij hebben geslapen in beach house 131. en veel pech gehad. Voor een 4 sterren accomodatie vind ik het een aanfluiting en de prijs ver over de top.

ทางเดินค่อนข้างมืด ไฟฟ้าในห้องมืดไปหน่อย โดยเฉพาะห้องนั่งเล่น ห้องที่พักเป็นแบบวิลล่า ไม่ทราบว่าเขาดีไซน์สำหรับคู่รัก มาพักหรืออย่างไร ภายในห้องน้ำ เป็นกระจกใส ซึ่งไม่มีม่านปิดไว้ ถ้ามาพักแบบครอบครัว มีลูกมาด้วย ถ้ายืนบริเวณหน้าห้องน้ำ เห็นด้านในชัดเจน, FACILITY ค่อนข้างน้อยมาก ไม่มีห้องเซาน่า ห้องออกกำลังกายเลย ถ้าอยู่ภายในรีสอร์ททั้งวัน กิจกรรมที่ทำได้คือว่ายน้ำและนอนเท่านีั้น พนักงานในห้องอาหารไม่ค่อย Friendy เท่าไหร่ ราคาในห้องอาหารแพงเมื่อเทียบกับปริมาณและรสชาติอาหา- ร

สถานที่ ธรรมชาติ ความเงียบสงบ เป็นส่วนตัว

ผู้เข้าพักในช่วงวันหยุดปีใหม่จำนวนมาก พนักงานน้อยเกินไป บริการไม่ประทับใจ เช่น จองมาไว้ก่อนแล้ว เมื่อมาถึงให้รอเป็นเวลานาน ไม่สนใจแขกที่เข้าพัก การบริการรถรับส่ง มีน้อยเกินไป ต้องรอเป็นเวลานาน ร้านอาหาร มีแขกเยอะ พนักงานบริการไม่ทัน ระบบการจัดการแขกไม่ดีพอ จัดโต๊ะให้แขก พอจะนั่ง กลับมีแขกอื่นมานั่ง เป็นต้น

Were were there mid-week and almost on our own. A whole beach for us, the pool, too. Excellent place to relax after quite a south-east-asia tour. We loved it! We had no car, so if you do not have your own car or moto, you will not be able to get anyway besides by cayak (we loved that experience as you reach small totally lonesome beaches where you fell like Robinson). Although you have to know that you can actually reach the place by local transport, just have to be patient. Really big and comfortable rooms with a huge tv. Loved the fact, that they have movies they rent for free. The restaurant is very good and not expensive. Wifi was actually free at the public areas. Did not reach the room, though but did not bother much. The manager and the staff were outstanding. Hopefully can come back sometime...

They should put something inside the rooms and at the open restaurant area for the moskitos. The little terrace could get some fresh painting.

It's nice and quiet here. Thai food in the restaurant was good.

The staff was slow and did not understand complicated questions. Service in the restaurant was slow. It is difficult to get to if you don't have your own transport. Minivans are offered for the ridiculous amount of 2500 bath to the airport. Local bus is possible, if you don't arrive to late.

Beachfront villa is excellent! No people.

ชอบที่ให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าไปด้วย แม้จะเก็บค่าประกันแต่คืนเงินถ้าไม่มีอะไรเสียหาย หาดทรายขาวสะอาดมาก ส่วนตัว คุ้มค่าสุดๆ

ยุงเยอะมาก มากๆคะ ตอนไปฝนตกหนักช่วงกลางคืนไฟดับนานไปตั้งแต่ดึกถึง10โ- มงเช้าของอีกวัน แต่ข้อดีไม่ค่อยร้อน

สงบ มีความเป็นส่วนตัวสูง เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อน ห้องสะอาด สะดวกสบาย สวยงาม กว้างขวาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมาก มีกิจกรรมให้เลือก เช่น พายเรือ จักรยาน วอลเล่ย์บอลชายหาด สระว่ายน้ำ สปา ฯลฯ อาหารราคาพอรับได้

การ communication ของพนักงานแย่ มีการเจาะผนังห้องติดกันตอนเช้า น่าจะแจ้งแขกก่อนว่าจะทำ จะได้ออกไปข้างนอก และคืนที่สามไม่มีการทำห้องให้ จนถึงเย็นต้องโทรไปตาม ก็มาทำให้แบบลวกๆ พับผ้านวมกองไว้ตรงปลายเตียง ผ้าในห้องน้ำ set ให้ไม่ครบ โทรตามสองรอบก็ยังไม่ได้

บรรยากาศรอบๆ ชายหาดสวยสะอาด

ชอบชายหาดที่สงบ ร่มรื่น มีที่นั่งพักผ่อนใต้ร่มเงาสน มีความเป็นส่วนตัว แต่ไม่ถึงกับน่ากลัว ห้องพักกว้างขวางเป็นสัดส่วน ส่วนระเบียงมีความเป็นส่วนตัว

ชายหาดสวย สะอาด เป็นหาดส่วนตัว มีที่นั่งพักผ่อนริมหาด สระว่ายน้ำอยู่ริมทะเล

ระบบการจองห้องพักไม่ดี จองสองครั้งผิดพลาดทั้งสองครั้ง จอง connecting room แต่จัดห้องอื่นให้ หาเอกสารจากbooking ก็ไม่เจอ ไม่มีการส่งมอบงานระหว่างพนักงาน ต้องให้ชี้แจงหลายรอบ พนักงานไม่สนใจเรื่องที่แขกสอบถามรับเรื่องไปแล้ว ไม่เคยโทรกลับมาแจ้งความคืบหน้า เวลาเช็คอิน 14.00 น. แต่กว่าจะได้เข้าห้อง 16.00 น. รถกอล์ฟสำหรับขนกระเป๋าและรับแขกมีคันเดียว รถไม่สามารถเข้าในรีสอร์ทได้ต้องจอดด้านหน้า ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีไม่พอใช้ ต้องเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวสำหรับใช้กับสระว่ายน้ำมาให้ใช้ แม่บ้านวางผ้าเช็ดเท้าอยู่บนผ้าเช็ดตัว สั่งอาหารมากินในห้องบริการช้ามาก กว่าจะยกมาอาหารก็เย็นหมดแล้ว ไม่อร่อย แจ้งให้ช่างมาซ่อมฝารองนั่งชักโครกก็ไม่มีช่างมาดู อาหารเช้าเหมือนกันทุกวัน ไม่อร่อย ชอบโรงแรม ชอบชายหาด แต่ไม่ประทับใจงานบริการอย่างมาก

We really enjoyed the amazing location, so far from everything...unspoiled and deserted beaches, amazingly quiet, clean sea. Perfect gateway for few days by the sea just enjoying the sea, the beach, the swimmingpool, the cocktails by the beach and repeat...do not forget anything as there is nothing around. The resort has kayaks and bikes (2) for free. It was the most authentic place by the beach we have seen in thailand so far (nature wise). With little effort it could become a eco-friendly place (ok a little bit strecthed given the pool by the beach!)...we hope that it eforts will be made to preserve the coast which still has virgin forest getting to the sea (if you don't like aunts or mosquito, don't go).

The bbq on the beach on saturday was terrible...long wait and completely unorganized...the resort works best when there are few guests (during the week)..with big groups the standard of the services gets lower...hope it stays a resort only for few guests and that does not expand in an anonimous resort...
