Score from 6 reviews Very good
Location, buffet breakfast is excellent, staff were very nice and helpful. Popular hotel and I can see why, good value
The lifts are so slow!
Wi fi and visitors in the form of 6 legged creepy crawlies in the room, not very big, just regular!
Location and value for money
Interior is a bit dated
Luxury hotel value for money clean, large rooms good location excellent breakfast
Wi-FI only good connection in lobby
The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful.
The bathroom is quite old. The shower is not in a real good condition. It's very hard to adjust the tap for the hot and cold water.
breakfast friendly stuffs
Pool, breakfast, bathroom, staff service, location
Car park feel and need to stamp, old fashioned small check in / front desk, strange shaped rooms, poor sound proofing in rooms, couldn't check in at 1pm due to unreadiness of room
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities and very proffesional.
Nothing to declare
good place to stay...
Great location with great facilities and not far from the airport - just a few minutes to the night market. Stayed here before and not disappointed once again - fully booked for new year already !!!
Some aspects of the building need updating
The breakfast, the location, the swimming pool and the staff.
This hotel is in need of some major renovations and it could be one of the best hotels in the city if so, mostly its rundown 70s style business meeting oriented hotel. Old rooms old furniture beside the grand welcoming lobby and views of the swimming pool nothing special about the hotel its self
Good location, excellent free shuttles to shopping mall, Royal Garden & airport!!!
Location, air conditioning, breakfast
Very poor wifi in the bedrooms. Intermittent wifi in the lobby and computer area (depending upon where you sat)
Excellent gym and pool. Friendly staff, great location and stunning views.
Having to leave
Breakfast was amazing (Thai, English, American, fruit) The pool area was nice. Nice staff.
Wifi was terrible. We were located next to the wifibox, but still didn't have a normal connection.
The swimming pool, location, value for money, cleanliness and room size.
The elevators were very slow.
Our stay for 13 nights was very pleasant, great location, close to night markets. The view was good and the room was very comfortable and clean
But internet Wi-Fi totally cannot connect. This is the worst for people need internet for working also the breakfast was find but not suitable for vegetarian or people not eating pork everything was mixed up so we didn’t enjoyed many veg
Dirty pool, had welcome drink but not felt welcome at all at the restaurant We asked what welcome drink could we choose but there was no response. The waitress just fetched the drinks for us without saying anything which was rather rude.
The perfect location with the amazing view over looking and city and the mountain
I hope the breakfast could be improved a little bit.
Location of hotel is good, walking distance to night market/bazaar and walking street with lots of cafés, pubs and restaurant . The room is big.
Hotel is quite old, need to be refurbished. Carpet look dirty along the walkway. The toilet are old looking.
The location was fantastic
The wifi was awful, unreliable even in public areas and not up to standard for a centara hotel
The hotel was a very good hotel for the pice. The hotel was clean the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not new and a little dated but generally the rooms were adequate and fit for purpose. The location is fantastic so close to all major venues and easy to get any transport required. In general happy with the hotel.
The breakfast was ok but nothing special but I can't complain due to the very reasonable price of the hotel.
The location was central and very close to the walking markets. The hotel is very large and has over 24 floors. It's very easy to get a taxi or tuk tuk from the front of the hotel. If you don't feel like walking or going far there are many fpod restaurants within the hotel which is very convenient when you are tired or hot.
The first room we were in had very poor air conditioning and it was difficult to sleep but we spoke with reception and were upgraded that day to a deluxe room and the air con very good. The rooms are old fashioned and the bathrooms are small. The lifts are very slow if you stay on a high floor but overall we were happy with our stay.
