Alle kinderen tot 12 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen THB 940,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.

Er is geen mogelijkheid voor babybedjes in de kamer.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

Hotel zit in eeen multifunctioneel gebouw, als men binnenkomt is de receptie onvindbaar na enig zoeken blijkt de receptie een verdieping hoger te zitten |

Alle voorzieningen (groot zwembad, sauna's, wirlpool ed.) aanwezig en gratis! Dat zie je niet zo vaak. Ontbijtbuffet prima. Lokatie naast Night Bazaar. Constante goede kwaliteit 4*waardig voor een zacht prijsje" De kamers met zijn een beetje gehorig, het ligbad is niet van Europese afmetingen |

Mooi hotel, prima ontbijt buffet ! Personeel spreekt nauwelijks engels, heel jammer.. Bij Dynasty boeking krijg je brood en toast en fruit. Het is niet in te ruilen voor internationaal ontbijt met bijbetaling. Er waren verder geen gasten in Dynasty dus het was redelijk stil met het cocktail-uur. Heb dus zelf de taxi geboekt en betaald. In het hotel bleek daT Booking.com de taxi had aangevraagd voor 07:10 pm. Wat overigens dan 19:10 betekent !!! Jammer van jullie boeking. |

The strategic locations in town area. convenient and walking distant to nite market and food court. The lift needs to wait for too long and few occassion were full/loaded. We were staying on the 15th floor. |

The only adantage of this hotel is his central location. However, the staff especially in the front desk and the cleanliness are so disappointing, that I regrate that I reserved there a room. |

This hotel is situated in a central location meaning that it is possible to get around on foot without the resort to taxis The hotel is let down by the breakfast many of the iteme such as bacaon are over cooked and left without table warms under the food to kept it hot therefore much of the cooked items go cold very quickly. Also the rolls are very small |

This Hotel has a Good Location. It was clean But the bathroom smelt stunk like an open sewer, it was terrible going to the bath room. For this reason I will not go back to this Hotel. The Hotel is dated The air quality in the room was poor and smelly. But the bathroom air quality was Terrible it stunk. We were happy to get out. |

We had big room which was important for us as a family that need extra bed in the room. The location is excellent - 5 minutes walk from night bazar and restorants. Nice pool and very good breakfast. |

The courtesy extended right from the time I entered the hotel and registered until the time I left, the staff were helpful and courteous and seemed to want to do everything possible to make sure people were taken care of and were happy. I did not expect this to happen, but this is what makes me want to come back again to this hotel. |

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, although I booked a double and was given a twin. The breakfast was quite extensive and catered for most tastes, with extremely friendly and attentive staff. For the price and the intended quality, they need to rectify the lack of internet in all of the rooms. The access to the internet should also be included in the cost of the room. At the present time it is 250 baht for 120 minutes (approximately £5), which I think is unaccetptable. Once you have paid for the internet the only place where the wireless signal is strong is on a random floor, where the air con is switched, because nobody uses the floor during "normal" hours. The only other option is to use the internet lounge, but you still need to pay. The majority of the staff have quite poor English, considering it is a high quality international hotel. The lifts are very slow so a lot of time was wasted trying to go to breakfast on the 2nd floor from the 8th floor, for example. |
