The location is great. The falicities are good and new also. The bath tub is quite big and it suits 2 people at once. Much TV programs are available. You don't have any comb in the room. And you should have some tissue in the room instead of only in the bath room. You don't send any newspaper to guest rooms |

although I asked for airport shuttle (as I arrived 11:30 night) there was no one to recieve us so we waisted some time looking for someone from the hotel. then we took a taxi |

great service and friendly staff. room has good view and well designed and appointed. oh...the bath-tub is circular in shape and huge!!! good for a couple soaking session.. food cost is very high as compared to Bangkok's standard. you are better off eating in the mall next to it, Central World. here you can find good food and literally any restuarants to suit your taste buds. |

Rooms are spacious and the shower is just amazing. Location of the hotel is good. Roof bar / restaurant is nice (but overpriced). Gym / pool facilities are good. Very impersonal, too expansive, over-rated hotel with no atmosphere at all. Would not stay here if the conference was hold at an other location (conference hall connected to this hotel). Service did not meet my expectations. |

Excellent location for shopping, food and BTS for you to move around. Room big and the view is super. Access to the Central World Shopping Center from the hotel lobby is not noticeable easily. |

Nice location, and very good service. I especially like its fitness center and restaurants. The swimming pool is too small for a 5 star hotel. (I prefer a infintive view pool) And it should have a more stylish lobby. |

Wow! This hotel is fabulous! I've stayed all over Thailand and this hotel blew away all the competition. New, modern, great location, beautiful facilites. Everything wonderful, and cheaper than it's competitors. |
