Room very dirty and tv not working properly.

Very quiet at night , room service was exceiient everyday, food / breakfast was excellent

Standard room was good but shower room needs updating, best tip have shower early as no hot water between 6 and 9 at night .

only the swimming pool was good . rest was no where near to a good hotel

Rooms were pathetic , AC not working , shortage of staff for cleaning rooms , in co-operative managers & staff.

Rooms are quiet. Swimming pool is good.

To much musquitos in the dining room.

Position to beach and quite big area in the hotel

Names changed and it gave me great difficulties in finding them, I took a taxi in Pattaya and he can not find it easily even in Thai language adds. Telephone of booking showed never answers.

Room smell like smoke, not clean and run down

It is in a great location. It has a neat old time resort layout. Big pool. Nice gardens. Good buffet breakfast. Good price. Staff is very good and very helpful. The superior rooms have a wall safe. I go there often.

In some rooms the hot water does not stay constant always.

Beach side & Pool.

Cannot take food & drink from outside into my room.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is very reserve and non cooperative. Hotel needs to improve on cleanliness and over all system. Rooms are quite noizy, as we can hear people talking in other rooms, which disturbs us during night.

Lot of conditions imposed. B fast coupons are given just before bf time, we need to visit the front desk to get our coupons. Break Fast is ok.

The stajj were very helpful and friendly and the location was great....Food also very good

Nice staff near beach clean garden and swimming pool, good if u have a kid

Old standard rooms, ( around 20 to 30 years ) dirty bathroom, everything in room is very old and uncomfortable.. Also there is no deposit box in rooms, so u have take all your important things with you !!!! we would come back, but only in superior room

I stayed with family for four nights at centera beach hotel.Hotel staff cooperative,but tour staff not cooperative and asked for more price for corel island visit.please look into the matter or further provide competative price as in the open market. Keep it up. Khalid sarwar

very big room and big balcony, we had a suite room. very close to shops, beach, bars/restaurants. Good, big pool, breakfast okay.

Various parts of hotel were under repair/re-construction, which we were not aware of before booking. The 'so-called' mini golf course, isn't really worth a mention! The room, bath, sink, furniture etc, very out-dated (I guess the reason for the re-construction).
