Room smell like smoke, not clean and run down

The location is good. Adequate breakfast, friendly staff and a nice tropical garden surrounding the swimming pool..

Poor value for money. The infrastructure is about 40 years old and needs extensive renovation. Rooms aren't soundproof and you can hear every noise coming from the next room, such as tv sound, voices, snores, etc. Half of the hotel rooms, those neighbouring the street, are too noisy. If you pay with a credit card they charge you 2,5% additionally.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is very reserve and non cooperative. Hotel needs to improve on cleanliness and over all system. Rooms are quite noizy, as we can hear people talking in other rooms, which disturbs us during night.

Lot of conditions imposed. B fast coupons are given just before bf time, we need to visit the front desk to get our coupons. Break Fast is ok.

Location, location, location. Comfortable beds, friendly staff

Closiness to the beach road, nice pool, very good selection of food at breakfast, beautiful trees in the patio. Very friendly staff, when we asked them to exchange the room they did it the next day without questions. We exchanged the room because it stunk with cigarate smoke. Free botles of water in the room. Pool towels. Towels are changed almost everyday.

Very noisy guests - at 5 a.m we woke up because of terrible laugh at the pool area. Some girls decided to go to swim very very noisily. Than the other day someone nocked on the door again at 4 a.m. because he was not allowed to come in into the room. It was terrible to hear these sounds in the deep night. Noone of hotel staff did anything to stop it. Too many moskitos at the pool area in the evening and in the lobby. Bad wi fi in the lobby. Smoking in the rooms. Rooms require renovation - everyting. So if you come to Centera, do not exect too much, then you will not be disapointed when you see the hotel:)

I stayed with family for four nights at centera beach hotel.Hotel staff cooperative,but tour staff not cooperative and asked for more price for corel island visit.please look into the matter or further provide competative price as in the open market. Keep it up. Khalid sarwar

sadece bir resepsiyon gorevlisinin saygisizca davranmasi hatta beni yokmusum gibi gormesi son derece kaba bir davranisti. bu davranisi diger arkadaslarina kotu bir ornek oldugu dusuncesindeyim. umarim bu saygisiz kisi davranislarini duzeltir. bu kisinin hangi gun ve saatte calistigi bilgileri bende mevcuttur.gerektiginde size soyleyebilirim.
