Good size rooms, very clean and comfortable and excellent value for a hotel of this high standard in Bangkok. Slightly out of the centre but very convenient for the the main station. Great breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and even phoned Laos for us to book our next hotel. Would certainly use again.
Free email but you get logged off automatically if not used for a while and have to log back in each time.
Staff were very nice and helpful. Room clean and comfy. Easy to get to the airport by pubic transportation.
was a bit noisy, could hear people talking and walking in the corridor. The road outside the hotel was being repaired.
Location, close to Chinatown and old city. Close to MRT. Good breakfast - enough choice and good taste. Free storage of baggage for a few hours on checkout day.
Rooms a bit simple.
The Hotel staff were extremely nice an the room was excellent value for money! It Vas also only 5 min walk away from China town's main street!
Breakfast variety wasn't in line with the price. The WiFi kept breaking in the 11th floor. Location.
Rooms are very spacious with huge beds and very clean.
Food and beverages ridiculously expensive.
Super close to Hua Lampong statio, saving time and money on getting to the station if you need to catch a train
Restaurant overpriced for backpackers, but prices can be checked beforehand. Sufficient other choices for food nearby.
The room was spacious and clean, food in the restaurant was very good and the views over the locale were great at night
Everything was fine
Localization close to China Town and with a walk distance to the center. Good restaurant with a view on the temple and the city. Shop in the building.
Room without a window-we were not informed about it while placing a reservation.
Breakfast buffet was delicious. Close to train station.
We stayed in a suite with our teenage children, plenty of room, with separate bedrooms.
Windows are not double glazed so it can quite noisy with the traffic at night.
Decoration was nice good wifi
Bad breakfast. Location
Goood location for da station Helpfull staff Nice new room And hotel
location breakfast design
Hospitality of crews. Kind of food is various and nice too.
Spacious living room, great breakfast choices, near subway
Malfunction of air condition, hard to get a taxi.
High standard hotel, lovely clean room, fabulous shower with great views over Bangkok. Cool rooftop bar where you could take your own drinks if you wanted too. Stayed one night as catching early train, 5 min walk to Hualampong Train Station
A bit of work going on around the hotel
Clean room. Abundant hot shower. Comfortable bed.
Was the room an 'accidental' upgrade? It was great: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious lounge. No swimming pool but that didn't matter for a 2-night stay. Good gym and spa area. Excellent for main train station access. Good breakfast and pleasant 12th floor open roof bar area.
Current roadworks around train station area make pedestrian access to the hotel tricky. BTS/MRT access from airport is inconvenient, time-consuming, difficult with luggage and expensive for a family - take a taxi. Bad marks for city planners. You wouldn't stay here for shopping and good restaurants but Chinatown is five minutes walk away (convenient for late night arrivals and cheap eats), BTS will quickly whisk you to big shopping areas and the train can take you to southern Thailand. Can't find fault with the hotel.
I arrived early due to my flight landed at BKK in 6.00am and came to hotel around 9.30am. I have to wait till 2pm to check in
Good location near MRT, Chinatown, train station, street food stalls for breakfast, comfortable room and excellentwifi, excellent gym, sauna and steambath
Proximity to station
The room we stayed in was huge - it was larger than my San Francisco studio. I loved how there were 2 bathrooms and everyone got their own bed. It's was an extremely comfortable room. Location was great since it was close to the train. This was essential since the taxi rides can add up.
If you're a girl and wears make-up, the lighting in the bathroom wasn't too great. I had to carry my mirror around and use the natural lighting from the windows. Wifi would be choppy, but I realized that most hotels in Thailand had choppy wifi. Also, one staff member on the breakfast team was really rude, like stuck-up rude. Everyone else was helpful. The bed almost felt like there was a cardboard on top of the mattress, and that was what you'd lay on. I wasn't super comfy, but I didn't mind too much.
Decoration gives a special feeling Location good for station metro network. Service friendly and efficient Breakfast excellent
The background music was sometimes comforting, sometimes a bit annoying. Techno music at breakfast time doesn`t work for me. The hotel offered free massage for all guests booked for min 2 nights through their own website. Why not for other guests (like me) that booked through other channels?
