Ho apprezzato moltissimo l'accoglienza, il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile. Inoltre il lettore dvd in camera è il top! il negozietto al pian terreno è molto pratico. L'unica particolarità che vorrei sottolineare è l'aria condizionata nelle stanze non è facile da regolare. |

staff were courteous, friendly and helpful quite far from the skytrain. Only knew about the Tut tut service from one of the resident. Tut Tut service from hotel should extend till late evening. |

Peaceful place with high standards, good breakfast and helpful personal They pre charging you 3,000 Bahts upon arrival and signing you up on a contract which your lawyer would advise you not to sign on ;) |

The staff were polite and helpful in answering all our queries on how to get to various locations. The breakfast was fairly good. Although the premises were clean, the furnishings were rather old. Should provide box of tissue papers in every room. |

Quite central location to BTS station and shopping mall. Breakfast was nice. Furniture was old. Hotel tuk-tuk should also be available to pick-up guests from the main road, not just sending them there. |

I was surprised to got cheaper rate which was 25% of my first stay. I like their location where is near shopping mall, good restaurants, cafe and spa. The employees are unpleasant every morning. Transfer service is not enough. Recently there are many bars therefore I could not sleep for a couple nights. |

The staff were very courteous and it was a bonus to have free internet services. Location was so central, it was very convenient to walk to the BTS. I would definitely recommend it to everyone else who plans to visit Bangkok. The water pressure and hot water was a little disappointing but it wasnt an issue for me |

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very nice with a marble bathroom, full kitchen, cable tv, free wired internet, and furniture. The hotel location is in the middle of the embassy/business district and very close to the major shopping malls. |

Upon arrival,welcome drink indeed make me feel at home.The porter who carry our luggages to our room even remove his shoe before entering.Room were ready with aircon on was a plus point! as we all know not many hotel or appartment do that.Good job! The aircon unit was not function properly at 11pm when we got back.Housekeeping staff came found the conpresser was not woking well,he try to fix it.but unable to cool the room after the service.the whole nite it was only fan blowing.disappointed. |

The situation,it's near BTS,metro,located down-town,so you can take the hotelservice-taxi(tuk2),to the nearest skytrain-station,I'm very glad with this hotel and hotelservicedesk emplyees,are friendly and helpful in many ways,I will sure come back at this hotel. |

The simling faces of all staff and nice pantry... I had a great experience: It was my birthday during I stayed at the hotel. They had put a gift and card inside my room. I was surprised and feeling so warm. |

The Room was extremelly comforable , clean and enough lightining , speacious with dining table , reading table and TV sofa . the staff are freindly and helpfull. nice breakfast buffet , I recommend this hotel, and will book for the same in future visit to Bangkok. the noise from outsider people at night time, no wirless internet . no massgae services, sauna room is mix no privacy for ladies, no garden. |

Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Staff is very friendly, although not strong in English. They charged 1/2 a day for early checkin despite the fact that the hotel was mostly empty. |

location was great, room was very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent as well, great value for money, staff very friendly Just be very aware that if you book a tour via the hotel reception (to the floating market for instance) you will not only get the tour you booked, but also many additional (unwanted) stops at jewellery shops, factory outlets, furniture makings and other tourist traps. If you don't want this you are better off hiring a private driver, because it really takes a lot of time |

I liked the buffet breakfast, the friendly staff, the kitchen facilities, it's in the center of the city and a short taxi ride to the shopping centers but not too near the busy streets Ten minute walk to the skytrain station was not really appealing to me, but anyway, there were four of us so it was cheaper to take the taxi. During peak hours, it's easier and quicker travel for the taxi to drop us off at the train station instead of being caught in non-moving traffic. |

The room was clean and comfort with a nice view. Hotel offers very diverse breakfast which can satisfy people with different requirements. We loved it. We also liked sauna and swimming pool. Hotel ask for 3000 bat for deposit plus full payment for the room. It's not fare. Should be improved. |

The receptionists were quick to assist whatever requirement I required. The service apartment almost have the necessary amenities for the kitchen. Suggestion though that at least there should be readily available some salt, sugar, and coffee and creamer sticks The buffet breakfast should have more variety. I've stayed for 3 nights and almost everyday I ate the same food |
