The Centre Point Petchburi is a very nice hotel. We stayed in Room 1210 for 4 nights. We chose it because we wanted a nice hotel in a great location for shopping at Pantip Plaza and the Patunam wholesale market. It is a loud and busy area but we were given a room in the back of the hotel and never heard a sound of street noise. The buffet breakfast was very good, and they had a nice pool and workout room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of refurbishment or a renovation but is still a very nice hotel even though it is showing its wear around the edges. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I wanted to go shopping everyday in the Patuwnam area of Bangkok. There was nothing that really bothered us or that we had a problem with. A nice hotel at a great location (for shopping). It is in need of a renovation but still is fine to stay at. Perhaps the owners will do a major upgrade and refurishment in the near future. We were there from 9 to 13 November 2011.

We went during the school holidays , the hotel room is spacious and clean. The location is good and the staff are very helpful and friendly but have to walk about 10 minutes to pratunam market but is near to platinum mall . We have to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to Big c and the four faced buddha. We will defintely come back to Centre Point again cos is really worth the money

Staff were very rude. Hotel was a little disorganised, the tables at breakfast were dirty, when you left your table to collect your buffet breakfast you often returned to find your table gone. We ordered room service, and our dirty plates were left outside our room for two days. When we checked in the staff were giggling and chatting behind the counter.

The location is good and I had a very good time staying in Centre Point Petchburi. Service was good. I will stay with this same hotel the next I visit Bangkok. Hotel room has got no tissue paper, but it's just a minor issue.

As we had earlier experience about hotels in Thailand we ( with my wife) reserved the Hotel Centre Point Petchburi for only one day . After spending our first day we decided to stay all five days at Centre point Petchburi. Our next trip to Bangkok we will definitely stay in this hotel. Very clean rooms, nice service, polite staff, good breakfast and nice sauna. However coffee/tea making facility is there in the room, no coffee or tea bags kept inside the room. You have to go to the lobby for collecting them. Although coffee/tea making facility is there no coffee or tea bags kept inside the room. You have to go to the lobby for collecting them.

Have stayed in many different hotels in Thailand. Generally hotel staff in Thai hotels are service minded, but I have never seen personel so service minded as in Centre Point Petchburi. The room was just excelent ! The pool is not very deep, but good for children.

The room was spacious with kitchen facilities. The breakfast was good. When I arrived at Centre Point, the front desk staff checked my reservation, told me the total amount for three nights, and said I had to pay the whole amount there and then. He went on to say that even if I changed my mind and decided to stay only one night, I would still have to pay for three nights. All this, I understand, is hotel policy, but it was delivered to me so curtly that my impression of Centre Point simply went down the drain at that moment.

I have a very good experience during my 4 days stay at Centre Point Petchburi. All room has free wifi internet access. Room is very clean. Breakfast is delicious. Bathroom hot water was not consistent.Sometimes very hot & sometimes very cold. During my stay on 8/Jun, there is electricity breakdown during I check out with huge luggage in the lift. There is no officer there to help me. However, they manage to recover electricity within 20 minutes.

The room was spotless, cleaned everyday to keep it that way. All the appliances made it easy to prepare anything you wished to eat. The free wireless internet was fast and always available making it a big plus. The room was full of light and comfortable to relax in, and the staff never missed a beat. From Check-in to Check-out the staff made everything seamless and effortless. I have stayed in hotels all over the world including many five star luxury ones, and Centre Point ranks easily with them if not a cut above in many areas.

Location & breakfast Some staff from reception are not very friendly compared to other staff. One lady would't even look at my eyes when she was serving me. Not sure if they are shy or too hard to smile me back. Three of my luggages went missing for about 15 minute and reception staff did not explain what was going on and they didn't even tell me when they found them. I was just asked to wait at the lobby. Other than that other staff members are excellent.

The room has no toothbrush. Bedsheet and sofa is unclean, I got bitten by bedbugs throughout my two nites stay. All service staffs (except the male manager) from the restaurant carry a long face. The table mats were dirty too. Not worth for the price of S$85 a nite. I can get better service and comfort at other service apartments in sukhumvit and silom area like somerset lakepoint and they are charging lower rates than centerpoint!

“This is my second time stay at this hotel. Both times I also asked for late check out and the hotel fulfill my request. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. During this stay the hotel's staff remember me and this actually make me feel warm. The room I initial took was had a bad internet connection, the staff was very helpful, they even help to check other available room with good connection then I change to the new room. The room provided a big working desk and working chair which is very good for business traveler like me.” Shiun, Bangkok |
