We were upgraded as it was our Anniversary. We would def book again through you. We had a a wonderful time.Service was excellant.

The room is very spacious, clean and bathroom was also big and nice! Daily make up of the room. The view of the Chao Phraya river was great. I chose this place as it was equipped with kitchenette, refridgerator and washing machine. The decor for the lobby floor and front desk was very nice. The security guard at the lift lobby always smiling and helpful. Swimming pool was very lovely which can be viewed from the restaurant. Health Club is clean and machines in good condition. I used the services of the Beauty salon twice, both the staff there were excellent! It's great that it's linked to Robinson's, you can shop and also try the local food at the food court on 4th flr. Very near to BTS station Saphan Taksin.

Service at front desk, can be prompt and better. Some were more friendy, smiling and helpful than others. Clothes were not dried entirely even after using machine dryer. Still damp so requires hanging but will not dry fast. Need to buy own dishwasher and sponge to wash the utensils, etc as the hotel doesn't provide. No bathrobes were provided.

The rooms are clean and nice breakfast. Its also adjacent to a shhoping center and restuarants. Center Point is also within minutes walk to Sky train and ferry services which is comfortable in a busy city like bkk. I defintely recommend it.

The Balconies of the rooms are not really very safe for little kids.

Loved staying in an apartment in the heart of Bangkok. Although we did not cook it was great to have a small kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The free internet was very useful and we enjoyed the pool. We will stay here again.

I did not like having to sign a credit card docket for more than the total room cost as soon a I arrived. The hotel staff explained that this would be given back to me when I checked out and was a deposit but I have not had to do this at other hotels.

The best hotell we ever stayed in Bangkok. Great location near skytrain and boat, great shopping center under the hotell, breakfastbuffé was plenty and delicious, gym, pool, was wonderful. Great staff and clean rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and friendly. As the room that we had requested was not available, we got upgraded free of charge to a one bedroom appartment. It was great!

Excellent value for money.

The room was very well appointed and spacious allowing flexibility in where we had our meals. The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful and made our visit to Bangkok very easy. The additional facilities of pool and gym were helpful after a day of sightseeing. The location is brilliant with easy access to the river ferries and the Bangkok Sky Train. The access to Robinsons Department Store makes an additional reason to stay at Silom Centrepoint.

No. The hotel was undergoing some renovations during our second stay and there was some obvious noise and dust.

Nice location, nice staff, good buffet breakfast, ok internet connectivity.
