Our studio room on the 20th floor was huge and the quietest room we have ever had. Wonderfully comfortable bed and the room even had its own washer/dryer for use for free. The breakfast is fantastic and there's an excellently equipped modern gym. And all this for under $100/night. The hotel is steps from the river and the boat dock for trips to all the major temples, the palace, Chinatown. Very convenient. There's a great street market just outside the hotel and many good restaurants within a short walk. We're returning to Bangkok for two night at the end of our SE Asia trip and have already re-booked here.

the staff are very nice and helpfull, the hotel is beautifull and very very clean, the breakfast is very rich and the food is tasty, the location is perfect!!!, all the rooms are big and clean, dont think twice, book this hotel and you will not regret it!! if i dig hard to find something - the price of the internet (in the ground floor) is a bit high 5baht per minute - wi fi is free in all the hotel.

This is my 5th stay at the apartments and they have done well again. The apartments are fully serviced with kitchen utensils, washing machine, fridge and cooker if u want to cook simple meals. Its located 5mins walk to the Saphan Taksin bts. The Robinson's Dept store is at the ground floor and tops supermarket at the basement so its really convenient to get groceries and stock up your fridge with beer, fruits, ice cream ect ect. In the vicinity, restaurants, pizza, Macdonalds, local street stalls, cafe, 7-11.... ect ect. The swimming pool has lots of morning sun from 7am till about 2pm.. and there are at least 10 sun chairs around for those who love to tan. Cant say more about this place. No need to look elsewhere. To be honest, front office staff are abit cold. I sincerely wished they had talked abit more. They are also very rigit with the early check in, late check out policy.

Very nice swimming pool. Very clean room. Large clean bathroom. I didn't like the fact that I had to make a pre-auth deposit of 8000Baht for 2 rooms. I made specific request for 2 connecting rooms so that my wife and I can keep an eye on my 84 year old mother, but I didn't get them. There were no toothbrush/toothpaste, no proper in-room tissue paper, no complimentary in-room tea/coffe like other hotels or apartments. We had to go all the way down to the lobby just to make a cup of tea/coffee and go back all the way up to our rooms again. The cups were terribly soft and awkward to hold, The cups were the worst I had ever come across. Hot tea/coffe scalding accident is waiting to happen. There were no complimentary washing powders just for one wash for example.

Hotel is very well appointed, with excellent decor, spacious rooms, nice pool, free wifi Location is really a business location not a tourist location. Hardly any taxi drivers know where this hotel is - very stresful and wastes much time as they don't any English. Staff in the hotel also speak very little English. They usually tried to be helpful but either knew very little about tourist attractions or local travel information or could not speak any English to assist us. This hotel is really aimed at local Thai speaking businessmen and not for foreign tourists who cannot read or speak Thai. Additionally there are scam artists operating outside the hotel and targeting its foreign guests by posing as its staff.

The studio apartment was large, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was reasonably good. The swimming pool was very pleasant after a hot day's sightseeing. Best of all, the location was superb: above Robinson's shopping centre, with a supermarket in the basement and a food court on the top floor, and only a few minutes walk to the river and the Tourist Boats system, which has to be the best way to get around to the main sights like Wat Po, Wat Arun and the Grand Palace. We would certainly return. We would have liked a kettle in the room.

A very nice hotel with very attentive staff. Rooms are big, breakfast is very good, facilities like rooftop pool are great (although, unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay for cleaning purposes). On the top of a shopping center, you've got everything you need without even having to leave the complex. Great location - within 5-10 minutes there is the skytrain station as well as the ferry station (highly recommended if you'd like to go to the Grand Palace, Wat Ankor etc.) Really good value for money. Just that the pool was closed while we were there.

The studio's are spacious and most have beautiful view over the river. It is very convenient to have your own little kitchen with big refrigerator. Location of the hotel is very convenient, next to a sky train station and a river transport pier. The area itself is lively, but not overcrowded. I like the local atmosphere in contrast to the tourist directed industry in the more popular area's.

These serviced apartments are a real Bangkok gem with an excellent location close to the river. The service and staff are always excellent and efficient worthy of a 5 star hotel and just get better with every subsequent visit. The Centre Point apartments all over Bangkok are an excellent alternative to a hotel. There is nothing of note one could dislike.

The staff were so polite and helpfull, nothing to much trouble at all. It is in the centre of everything, very good position by the river and the station. Excellent breakfast. Needs better bar and restaurant facilities as every time we went it was closed in the evening.

“This is my second time stay at this hotel. Both times I also asked for late check out and the hotel fulfill my request. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. During this stay the hotel's staff remember me and this actually make me feel warm. The room I initial took was had a bad internet connection, the staff was very helpful, they even help to check other available room with good connection then I change to the new room. The room provided a big working desk and working chair which is very good for business traveler like me.” Shiun, Bangkok |
