The room was very well appointed and spacious allowing flexibility in where we had our meals. The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful and made our visit to Bangkok very easy. The additional facilities of pool and gym were helpful after a day of sightseeing. The location is brilliant with easy access to the river ferries and the Bangkok Sky Train. The access to Robinsons Department Store makes an additional reason to stay at Silom Centrepoint. No. The hotel was undergoing some renovations during our second stay and there was some obvious noise and dust. |

Everything! All staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful; the room was very fresh and clean and comfortable and better equipped than most; the location was very convenient for Skytrain and river ferries to easily move around and explore the city as well as handy supermarket beneath; great pool (large, clean, pleasant, relaxing); excellent breakfast selection, and really good value for money. I have never stayed anywhere in the world so nice, especially at this price! Only one minor improvement I can think of: the curtains let light into the room in the morning making it difficult to sleep. It would be better if they were lined with light-blocking fabric to help jet-lagged travellers get a little more rest. Or provide an eye-mask! |

We stayed in a studio and the room was really big. The bathroom was amazing, with separate bath and shower. The studio also had washing machine, which was really helpful. The location was really fine, although some taxi drivers did not recognize the hotel, we printed a map, in order to facilitate the directions. Trafic was not as bad as other areas we visited in Bangkok, so we were really happy to be there. |

Big rooms, very nice river view, clean, friendly staff, in big shopping area, close to sky train. small details like tissue paper, not available in room. Also in the fridge you can find only water, no coffee, no any drinks or chocolates etc. You have to call room service for anything. |

We had a great stay and the hotel really exceded our expectations. The room was huge, new and clean; the location was perfect (close to skytrain and boats) and the staff was great. Furthermore extras like the pool and breakfast was very good. To make it short: Don't hesitate just book - best value I've ever seen! |

The hotel is good and the staff very helpful. I have stayed here 5 times now and I have no major complaint I would recommend this hotel to anybody who asks The price quoted and price charge varied and I had to point this out to get the correct price. I find this a little frustrating. |

The hotel facilities are excellent, i.e. nice breakfast, great room, clean pool with an amazing view of city, etc. The hotel is also located very close to the sky metro and river taxis making it easy to get around Bangkok. |

The room is spacious, well-designed, well-maintained, and a very large and comfortable bed, good furniture and warm lights. The bathroom is spacious too. Of the fully equipped kitchen we only used the large fridge; eaing out in bangkok is more fun. Free internet in the room! Nice swimming pool area, good breakfast menu. The staff is attentive and efficient. The location is great (5 min walking to BTS saphan kwai and landing pier of chao prasya river boat) and a direct entrance to Robinson's. |

The Location of the hotel is excellent, 1/2 a block to the bts and 1 block to the river taxi. On the street below are excellent choices of street food and even a vegetable market. The Bottom floor facing the street has a grocery and a coffee shop and McDonald's (if that your thing). The pool was nice and on the 6th floor outside the restaurant. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was good, western and thai choices plus omelet station. Our room (studio) was big and spacious with a nice bathroom, even had a good view of the river. We liked the place so much we booked the next 2 times in Bangkok here. This was are third time to Bangkok and have stayed at Buddy Lodge and the Dusit on previous visits. |
