Open clean space as we come out of the lift. Very helpful and friendly staff at the desk, in the restaurant as well as housekeeping. It's location is wonderful as even in the middle of the night we can germinating to eat and easy shopping as well as access to bts.it's our favourite place to stay in BKK

Would appreciate little bit of tea coffee facility in the room even though there is available in the reception area.

The security staff is the best team the the world. Top notch friendliness and professional. Pool is great as usual. The whole building has a new coat. The lifts are quick (better than lots of 5 star hotel) One of the reason booking the hotel is the bath. A bit of Lush time for me. This is second time staying at this hotel. Not getting breakfast this time as saving us 550b/person/day and we don't want to get up at silly hour after night out. We wanted to have local breakfast nearby anyway. Close to Saphan Taksin BTS to Chatuchak Market (Mo-Chit) and Terminal 21 (Asok), Patpong/Silom Soi2/Mangotree restaurant (Saladaeng). Behind Saphan Taksin BTS is River Cruise start point to Chinatown-Grand Palace.

We have 2 deluxe room supposed to offer river view. End up giving us 1009 and 1010 that facing opposite side of the river. Feel cheated. The safe is too narrow. Won't be able to put in my Macbook air 13.

Lack of tea/coffee to make a hot drink in our room.

The staff is very friendly and quick in the service. The breakfast is good, same as the restaurant which offers good food for good prices. The pool terrace is fantastic to relax after a long day of sight seeing. The location of the hotel is central between the sky train and the Pier for the river boat. The room is very well equiped with an own kitchen and washing maschine and it is quit. The bed is good.

Everything was great, location, price, quality. Would highly recommend it. On a personal note I made a mistake with the dates of the reservation through booking.com and the hotel did not charge me and were very helpful.

As usual, this property and staff was excellent. Location is terrific, 2 mins to BTS & river taxis, river views with cool breeze on balcony, just love everything about this place, clean, spacious, close to everything, great massages on 3rd floor of Robinsons underneath, breakfasts good with lots of variety. Great coffee/chocolate in reception. Would like to live there!

Massive rooms and living space - we had a 2 bed suite. Very close to metro station. Very friendly and attentive staff.

The wireless/internet service was very slow..every day someone had to come to the rm to fix the wireless and it took them 10-50 mins...since I was attending an educational conference I could not be well prepared for the next day.

I like the river view, it was close the train station. Many food outlets were close too. Clean.

Actually at the beginning they gave us a very small roo which was miserable.

The Staff was Excellent!!!! Location was close to the BTS and Water Ferry. Bottom level was a nice store, Tops Market, KFC, McDonalds and more. Nice pool and work out room. Borrow DVDs for free. Room had everything you need to cook a simple meal and the Washer/Dryer was easy to use. For the price, this is an excellent hotel

There was mold in the shower but other than that - the room was great!

We loved our stay here,and will stay every time we come to Bangkok.

The hotel location is good - near Saphan Taksin Sky train and also the Sathorn Pier for ferry boats up and down the river for Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Grand Palace.

The air conditioner in the room was very loud. Drain smells (or mould) in the room. The bed sheets had stains and the towels were grey.

Nice river views, very friendly staff & beautiful Hotel inside. Nice restaurant as well & pool area.

the streets surrounding the Hotel where very busy & tightly packed with people selling stuff & cooking so was quite smelly. The market beneath the Hotel was not where near as good at Pap-pong.

The room was spotless the hotel common areas where again ,spotlessly clean the cleaners where very friendy.the counter staff proffesional but not the helpful.those who earned the lesst where the best ambassadors for the hotel
