Courteous and helpful staff

They need to fix the hot water system for maintaining consistent water temparature

a very proffessional and friendly enviroment,value for money and very convenient location.a totaly great breakfast deal the test of a great hotel is when everything goes wrong,its easy to manage a hotel when all is fine but when you need a little help when the unexpected happens and your hotel rises to the situation ,,then you know you are at the right place,just like home,every one tries and cares

they dont have a bar to relaxe with at the end of a days work,have to go somewhere else if you want to sit and have a couple of drinks,which usualy means you also eat out a lot

The location is really greate if you want to spend time in Sukhumvit. The free Tuc-Tuc service is open all night long, just call to get picked up.

It's a very late check-in 14:00. Thats to late for me.

just about everything ,it is a very nice ,homely place to stay at reasonable rates.the staff make your stay pleasing and memorable

it would have been a lot better if they had a bar so you could relaxe with a drink after dinner or maybe a drink with dinner.I spoke to other guests who also wondered why there was no alcohol allowed for a few friendly drinks to meet other guests and for dinner

Centre Point Soi 10 has been our favorite hotel in Bangkok for many years. Its good located next to Sukhumwit road close to both Nana and Asok mtr stations. A Tuk Tuk service brings you down to the main road and if its not available its 10 min walk. The location is grate and to sit out on the balcony in the morning listening to the song from birds makes you forget you are in a huge city as Bangkok. Breakfast is nice, western and Asian mix of food. Good service from the Chef that makes you an Omelets with your toppings. After a renovation the rooms are now fresh and beds are grate.

Too many people start knowing about cp so sometimes its hard to get a room.

Home from home - apartment style hotel. Good facilities, location pretty good and everything you need. not luxury but solid 3/4 star.

The reception staff have a slightly bad attitude but nothing too bad. Its starting to slightly show age but again not too bad.

For the reasonable price we had basically an apartment hotel with 1 bedroom and den. Just about everything was provided. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping, and it did not take too long to get out to the airport, especially early in the morning. There was also a tuk-tuk that ferried you out to the main road Sukhumvit.

The hotel staff did not speak English very well, which would be important if they have foreign guests like us. It also took a long time for the staff to figure out the extra cost for early check-in, which was 50% of the room for one night. Little details were missing: such as tissue paper, providing detergent for the washer/dryer and for dishes.

It was short but very good staying

Coentre Point Suk Soi 10 is top notch,very friendly staff always willing to assist, restaurant with good food at reasonable prices, great location, good rooms, 24hr Tuk Tuk service...just excellent.

Facilities in the appartments are good and the hotel location is good being very close to asok station. Free Tuk Tuk to the end of the Soi was a bonus. Buffet style breakfast offered plenty of choice. Hotel facilities were good with a nice pool and gym.

Slightly damp smell in one of the appartments we had in the Garden Wing.

This Hotel has a lot of pros compared with the cons. Pros first. Good Location. Off enough from Suhkumvit so you don't hear the noise but close enough to get there in a few minutes. Great tuktuk service to the street. Good breakfast. The rooms are fantasic. Could easily sleep 4-5 people in one deluxe room. Has a master bedroom with it's own bathroom and tv. Two couches, with one being a sofa bed. Dining room table and kittchen. Great fitness room and pool. Movie library and dvd player in the room. The best part was it had a washer dryer.

Cons. Wifi was kind of hit or miss. They fixed it though when you told them. Shower was difficult to control water temperature.

Great rooms. Beautiful.
