Very friendly staff and the atmosphere is relaxed and quiet. It is nice to sit in the large elegant lobby to meet friends, have a drink and listen to good music. internet price is ridiculous 11 baht per minute. Internet cafes only charge 10 baht for 30 mins. I used to like this hotel a lot, but now it is becoming old and tired and there is better value.

Swimming pool area is really top notch though if you like the sun then you should visit only between 2 and 6 pm when the sun pokes out from behind TH new skyscraper beside the hotel. Mosquitoes in the Reception area should not feature in a high-class hotel. Insufficient plug sockets in the room. No free wifi and very expensive hourly rate wipes out any savings you may think you made on room rate.

Das hotel ist zentral gelegen. Der skytrain und der minibus-bahnhof sind fusslaeufig erreichbar. Der bell-captain vor dem hotel ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die einrichtung ist in die jahre gekommen, aber sauber.

het gebak in de lobby was heerlijk van die reisgezelschappen die met een bus kwamen, tijdens het ontbijt was dat niet echt prettig eetzaal was soms overvol.

最满意的是前台服务人员，热情、耐心、主动。特别是还有会说中文的前台服务人员，帮了我们不少的忙。 酒店门口的行李员（门童）比较阴暗。想方设法通过介绍出租车赚取返点。千万不要轻信。要叫出租车要通过前台- ，并且说明要打表的那种。

Le cadre les connections internets (par cable dans la chambre ou par WIfi dans les parties communes) sont hors de prix et fonctionnent très très mals !!! Donc pour un séjour de travail, il faut mieux éviter cet hotel !!!

Lugn och av slappnad atmosfär centralt I Bangkok o relativt nära till SkyTrain. Negativ överraskning med 300 baht för 3 flaskor vatten som I butik kostar 7 baht! Dålig information om att man skulle betala och så mycket för plastflaskorna. Gör en tydlig visuell information om vattnet eller bygg in det I rumspriset! Denna överraskoning vid utcheckningen ger ett dåligt slutintryck för ett bagatellbelopp som bara blir besvärligt vid tidig utcheckning. Er prissättning för bilservice som förmedlas av Door Master ger ett negativt intryck - priser 3 ggr taxi - med eller utan meter!"

Passade bra då vår cykelresa utgick därifrån. Trevligt. God service. Ngt långt från riktiga city men Bankok upplever vi som en stad med organiserat kaos. Medelmåttlig middag, kunde varit mycket bättre. Frukosten helt okey.
