Design de la chambre tres jolie. L'hotel en lui meme est tres joliment decore, de la reception a la piscine. Literie confortable. Chambre tres propre. Idealement situer avec tous a proximite : commerces, pharmacies, marches, restaurants, massages, plage...

La déco des chambres, style thai. piscine sur le toît sympa... Propreté rien à dire.

l exterieur ne casse rien mais bon c est en ville . une fois a l interieur tout change ! le personnel est tres bien , le decor super sympa . les chambres tres grande et tres bien decorees . la piscine sur le toit super et la vue tres agreable . tres bien rapport qualite prix .

le petit dejeuner est un peu leger , c a d peu de fruits , les oeufs sur le plat sont fait a l avance donc le jaune est cuit et le cafe est imbuvable . vive le the . en fait il ne manque pas grand chose , juste un petit effort qui ne coute rien .

I had to wait till exactly 2pm to check into my room The breakfast room was full. There were some seats outdoor but it was raining.

-The hotel is just a simple building in town but the interior design is stunning. -The hotel staff are very polite, nice, friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, close to the shop, resto, and market.

instant coffee at the breakfast buffet is a bit cheapy.

Sink in the bath room got blocked often, but it was a very minor inconvenience

Pool on the roof, clean, good breakfast, free wifi, very close to all night life. Everybody was nice with us and we enjoyed our stay at Chalelarn Hotel.

WiFi is not so good, but it is working for regular browsing.

I was staying in a suite and loved the setting and little details. Staff is extremely helpfull to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And yes, as some have said before, staff is not really fluent in English which sometimes may be a small hurdle to take, but he... be a little patient and take your time to explain what you want / need and things will be taken care of. In addition, the location is perfect as it is close to the beach and the night market

Welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms were spotless and finished to a high class finish, especially the bathroom. The swimming pool on the roof was a real bonus and the location of the hotel was good for the night market andlocal beaches.

WiFi was a little weak in the room we occupied.

As I wrote to the customer service of booking.com, I was very unhappy with the service of Chalelarn. When I checked in, I paid the full amount shown in the confirmation letter of booking.com. However, when I checked out the front desk staff required me to pay several hundred Bahn more and explained that they allocated me a seaview room while I didn't book a seaview room on booking.com. After minutes' quarrelling, they fianlly allow us to leave without saying sorry. How ridiculous!

Hotel is in good location for city trips. Easy to walk around and a lot of Thai food many choices near by. Hotel staffs are nice.

Our first night at the hotel we got the room #602. At around 4am the air-con has problem not cold ( Ran out fre-on ). I did call the front office downstair report about the problem and a man whom picked up the phone said to me that he could not helped me move us to another room because he don't have any power to do anything.....WTF!!! Well, I was very upseted with him and told him to call the manager RIGHT NOW!! We spent almost $ 100 US per night with this 3 stars hotel.......Not professional for the hotel to left a man whom can not make decision or fix any problem at the hotel. Very bad night for us as of our first night in HUA HIN. Breakfast not many choices and very poor quality compare to other hotels around there.

I found the shower operation hopeless, as it was either too hot or couldn't be regulated

Poor lighting above beds for reading at night. Shower nozzle over the bath hard to use given there was no shower door or curtain over the bath. Breakfast in the morning was not kept hot. Eggs and bacon cold.

The breakfast is really poor. Poor choices and food is too oily etc. Very disappointing.

good location, right in the town center, 3 mins walk to beach, 3 mins walk to night market, but was difficult to find when we arrived in Hua Hin at night. Nice rooms, with a rooftop swimming pool, we enjoyed it a lot!

The bed was the most comfy bed I've ever had in a hotel anywhere! And the pillow was really nice too. The towels were nice and big and the room was spacious enough. I really liked the pool and spa, and was pleased that after talking with the reception staff, they agreed to leave the pool open until later in the night.

Cold bacon and eggs for breakfast... I'd have to say that in general, the breakfast was below par. There was only one key per room, so it was a bit awkward if we wanted to go out separately.
