Score from 57 reviews Excellent
The hotel is all right, I believe its biggest advantage is the location, 10 minutes from the city centre on foot. Everything is good, not exceptional but adequate to the price.
we liked pretty much everything. Friendly staff, good motorbike, comfy place with nice bathrooms.
a bit pricey maybe but you get what you pay for. Would have been nice also if they served food but we found places nearby.
Quiet and clean place, nice staff, not far away from Sunday Night Market.
Not at all.
It is within walking distance of major sights and shopping streets. Nice clean room. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. We would recommend it! Irma&Nello
Great location to catch an early flight. The bed is cozy. Great.
There's no tooth brush in bathroom
Easily walkable to weekend walking markets and night bazaars. Helpful friendly staff.
No lifts! Sheets on first night looked creased as if slept on - no fold creases. On second (and subsequent?) night, telltale folds.
Good location, very near to the Chiangmai market. Friendly staff who gave us much help. It's worth choosing in that price.
No elevator, it's a little bit hard to go upstairs with heavy luggage, but the staff may help you often.
Staff are very good, rooms are clean, also low price motor bike for rent
The staff helped us book many activities during a busy festival week. They were very helpful whenever we needed them.
The only window in the room was into the hallway.
Quiet place in the old city.. But it's quite convenient to access to most attraction like Wat phra Singh and Sunday night market.
The housekeeper open our room in the early evening while we still sleeping! Lack of manage... To use their hair dryer need to deposit our passport, which we reluctant to do so... We insist deposit with money. And the deposit is 1000 baht.. While for the room deposit is only 300 baht. It's quite weird. And the hair dryer we got was a mini old hair dryer and a bit spoiled.
The toilet was new and it worked good.
The fact that they charge you on advanced when we arrived and every time we decided to stay longer it doesn't makes you feel welcome. IN this hotel they make you feel like a "$" sign with legs. Not sense of privacy or hospitality, like paying for staying is not enough you need to be interested in extra services, like tours, you got their attention. I wouldn't come here again or recommend this place.
Couldn't of asked anymore from the staff helped us with a small charge of an early check in, got us good discounts on excursions and booked then. Main centre is a simple tuktuk ride away at 100baht Max. Value for money guaranteed
Great location. Room was clean. Helpful staff.
Room with no window.
Old fashioned hotel with clean good value rooms. Good wi fi and friendly staff.
Its a long 25 min slog to the eastern side of the old city where most of the best restaurants and bars are and then another 10 mins to the night bazaar so you need some transport (like a cheap tuk tuk or bicycle ) at least in the evenings. Dire TV reception. PS Before coming to CM make sure you have a compass with you .Its easy to get lost here.
location Fake window rooms
- rooms are very modern, beautiful and spacious - staff provided the tours and rides that I needed
- the reception is horrible! When you see it, you think about running away... - the surroundings are not exactly good, and it takes 15min by foot to reach the city centre
Value for money. Close to the centre. Air con
Mu room didn't have window..
The room was correct: nice bed, well equiped, ... the shower was also good, separated from the rest of the badroom. Good service, always willing to help you. They have plenty of day-trips and activities to book with good prices. Although the hotel wasn't in the center, it was not far from the main attractions, and it is in a quiet area, with some restaurants and a 7/11 nearby.
The sink was leaking and the toilet clogged... there was no direct sunlight because the only window in the room faced the hallway.
top location and friendly staff..we will come next year and you will teach us thai boxing. nana and maria
Good for the price - big, comfy bed and a clean room. Staff were lovely - helpful and very welcoming.
Nothing major, but there's no window in the room, and the WiFi and shower were average. Also, it's not exactly in the heart of Old Town - there's plenty of transport available and a few shops nearby, but if you're making your own way expect a bit of a walk to busy areas, or a drive around the one way system if you're on a bike.
We were extra charged (50 BHT); for a broken glass of bottle of water altghouht the water was included. We had an impression of having received dirty bedclothess. Wifi was very poor.
The bathroom and the design was nice, also WiFi was OK ! Cleaning the room every day. You can wash and dry your cloth downstairs .
When we arrived the first thing was we got told , that we get a discount for booking everything with them. Like motorbike, tour to paid and so on ! In real everything is more expensive ! Rent your bike around the corner and book the tour to Pai in the city! We don't like that they lie to us ! Many rooms with window to the floor , so its quite loud, when people talking on the floor. So, check your room before you pay ! If you know that before , you will have a nice stay. The location is OK , around 15 Minutes walk into the heart of the old town. To the night market a bit far, 60 baht with tuk tuk. Should be a free ,one way ride to the airport, if you stay longer than 3 days.
1. English of staff and boss are all very well, many good talks with them. 2. It's clean, quiet and facilities are simple and useful. 3. Price is reasonable and location is great, a walking distance to sunday market and many temples. 住的非常舒服，性价比极高，下次来还会再住
Price - Very cheap Location - Not far from Wat Pra Singh, pretty close to many interesting places
Staff - Bellboys dont really speak Thai.. But that's okay. Wifi - The bandwidth is quite unstable
Nice clean room, towels changed everyday, fridge in room is always a plus.
Bathroom had grey walls and was a bit dungeon like, a lick of paint would have transformed it.
