Upon arrival, I was shown to my room, and was wondering why I was put in a twin bed room. After checking my reservation, which was for a double bed room, I inquired with the manager, and he was incredibly offensive and rude towards me. From the beginning, he began angrily accusing me of not putting down my credit card for the reservation, and he justified giving away my room to someone else. He then used derogatory insults, including stating that I am "American and should read what it says online". Actually, online it stated that I do not need to input my credit card to book the room, and that I would be liable for the entire amount if I didn't show up. Furthermore, it states that I am entitled to receive the exact room that I booked on booking.com, and this was not the case. I have never been treated so poorly in public for no apparent reason. This manager should be fired immediately and I advise others to stay away as there are plenty of other places with equal if not better value and much better location. When I asked where I could go eat at around 10pm, they directed me to 7-11. This place is awful from top to bottom. Stay away!
Nothing really. The value I received for what I paid was slim to none, especially given how rudely the manager treated me. His behaviour was atrocious.
