Owner of building is ok, but security guy is very bad. Actually by mistake ons small table broken and normally price of new table is not more than 80$ but they forced us to pay mora than 600$. This is totally unacceptable, I was planning to come again but because of this I don't recommend someone to come.
Also, many scorpions found inside the building not small ones but big ones.

It's very close to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, the room was clean, large and the air conditioning was very strong !
Ao Por Bay is far from other places but really quiet and...
Ao Por Bay is far from other places but really quiet and peaceful. Depending on the nature of the trip you can take a call if you want to centrally locate yourself or stay here. The only con is for all tours they dont pick you up from Ao Por and you need to travel to some other beach like Kamala or Karon beach to go for tours. If you are not going for tours then this place makes sense. Additionally you can also try Nai Yang beach as well for a quiet place away from touristy places.
