The room layout, the central location, the front desk staff and the room maintenance staff There is no shower hose installed but just a fix showertab outlet from the wall in the bath tub. |

Sehr aufmerksamer Service! Es hat alles geklappt mit der Buchung. Im Zimmer war alles funktionstüchtig. Sehr wichtig für entspannte Ferien :) Die Auskunft an der Reception dürfte noch ein wenig aufgefrischt werden. Sowie Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten ( Standpunkte, eventuell Oeffnungszeiten), Angaben über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Auskunft über Inland übliche Preisangaben. Beim Frühstücksbuffet eventuell den Käse abdecken oder kühlstellen, damit er nicht ranzig und gelb wird. Separate Messer für Käse...(...frische Fruchtsäfte, anstelle Instant ?! ) Ansonsten war alles bestens ! |

Leider sind unsere Erwartungen nicht im geringsten erfüllt worden bzw. f. ein v. Accor geführtes Haus sollten d. Umstände im Hotel (Pool, veralteter Standard und ruinöser Bauzustand der Zimmer, Sportanlage, Pool, Restaurant,...) definitiv andere sein. Leider können wir nur über d.Servicemitarbeiter etwas gutes sagen. Das Frühstück war peinlich & unsere Suite war keine Suite, sondern viele nicht renovierte Zimmer mit peinl. Küche und nicht-funktionierender Fernsehfernbedienung. Die dargestellten Photos sind aus einer guten Lage photografiert. |
