Nice hotel in the city, nearest to public transport and city facilities. Friendly staff and nice room, here good for leisure and business trip and great for solo, couple or either family.

Hotel provide 10 hours wifi ticket but would be better to allow in-house guests 24 hrs unlimited free access.

I loved the Jacuzzi and pool on the rooftop, the empty Yoga Room to practice every morning and the steam room. Our actually room was quite amazing as well with a Jacuzzi Spa and all the emenities! We truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend and come back again! All the staff was great

The only little thing I did not like was that nobody knew where it was was from the metro station when I got off so I spent a lot of time trying to find it.

People were great. Pool was nice. Location was close to the mrt. Bathrooms and beds were nice.

Hotel room was pretty basic. Did not like the internet process). The kitchen was not well kitted out. Living room was kinda dodgy. Both televisions had poor picture quality. Very difficult for taxi drivers/tuk tuk drivers to find the hotel from the strip.

Just a very friendy place. Staff very welcoming, helpful with great smiles.room excellent - especially for the price. Hopefully by next visit TV will be upgraded to a flat screen

The roof-top pool with hot-tub jacuzzi and readily available steam-room and sauna, and good supply of towels.

The lack of stove-top in the tiny kitchenette (with sink, microwave and yes big fridge) in a smaller studio room. There was however a full set of dinnerware and cutlery.

Poor decoration in breakfast room, poor buffet after 9:45 lot of food items are not reniewed, I came with my son and the staff were talking about my friend. I don't like to be taken as pedophile. No double beds and I have to pay 500 per night for a camping bed.

The carpet is very dirty, we found tufts of hair on the carpet, the sofa was covered with spots, the plumbing is very old and noisy

Location, room size, cleanliness and staff efficiency. The receptionist try to accommodate our special request for a room at higher floor.

Small swimming pool

The hotel was very conveniently located. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very efficient and friendly.

The kitchen was a bit run-down but fairly well-equiped. Breakfast buffet was not that fresh on our first day there but subsequently when there were more guests they did take out fresh bread and pastries.

Cost effectiveness

Excellent stay in all aspects. We visit Bangkok every month and this hotel was by far much better than we expected from the price we paid.

I love the room and the toilet came with a big jacuzzi bathtub!!

Location, facilities, cleanliness, price

Staff tried to upgrade us (pay more) by pretending that the rooms we had booked was un available. We said no and actually got the rooms we had booked. Upon check-out staff had added two mobile calls to our bill that we didn't do. However - they were deleted after we pointed it out.

I like the oversized bathtub, it was nice to relax w/ the extra room.

It's a specail promotion, I only paid half of normal rate.
