I like the relaxation of the hotel. The location is also very good. The staff are very friendly too.I have stayed 3 times now and would certainly use the hotel on my next trip. Not very flexible on the check out time. |

I liked both swimming pools and the lovely beach. I liked the DVD collection from which you could rent a movie (very cheaply!). There was a lovely continental breakfast. |

nice garden & pool settings, great location at one of the best spots of the beach check in difficult & super long as booking remarks had not been respected; disappointing rooms as pictures in the internet are overpromising (e.g. Ikea-ceap wood funier), value-for-money (possibly driven by Koh samui factor) much worse than in BKK hotels |

Great location, friendly staff and excellent facilities. We had a Premier Room and it was certainly worth the extra money. If I had to make a criticism, all I could say is that the rooms were a little dated, but were still very comfortable and with great facilities. |

Great food, staff, facilities, landscaping, location. Couldn't have been happier here. Room could be a bit bigger, and didn't like only having one key. |

it was very good , the service and location great we needed to check out one day earlier due to our boy being sick and wanted to get him back to his doctors. we explained to staff and they still required one day payment, even though resort was not full and we had already stayed 6 days...this was not good or accomodating |

Location; beach; swimming pool; very spacious room with extra large king size bed, large jacuzzi and a good balcony; good restaurants (Chamtolay, Red Snapper). Hotel staff was generally very kind and good but the reception desk should do better; breakfast could be better. |

Good service. Friendly staff. Nice deco, love the koi pond. The shower area is not designed properly. During shower, water will drip on the floor and the dry area gets wet. The breakfast is not so good for the price we are paying. The food is the same everyday. Lots of mosquito. |

Excellent location, lots of shops and bars right outside the hotel. Nice pool next to the beach. The hotel is a bit worn out and is in need of some refurbishment. |

Gute Lage, trotzdem ruhig, Sportmöglichkeiten Der Strand ist an dieser Stelle gegenüber früher deutlich schmaler geworden, mit einigen Strandliegen ist man schon fast im Wasser |

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel mit gutem Standard der Zimmer.Super Ausblick auf die Twings Tower und sehr Nahe am Kuala Lumpur Tower(5 min zu fuss entfernt). Ein wingstower im Hintergrund. z T etwas "abgelegen" da man fast immer ien Taxi braucht. Die Taxiy sind aber sehr billig. |

ottimo il posizionamento sul mare e contemporaneamente nel centro di chaweng. massima riservatezza e privacy con vigilanza sulla spiaggia. eccellente l'ambiente dove viene riproposto foreste pluviali la colazione abbondantissima di tutto (salato, frutta, succhi) con poca pasticceria dolce (cornetti etc.) |

Bra läge i Chaweng. Bra frukost med allt man kan begära. Rummet (deluxe) lite ålderdomligt. Trevlig personal. Fina poolområden. Stranden fantastisk. Gardinerna i rummet hopplösa att få upp eller ner. Borde bytas till annan konstruktion. Lite dyrt kanske i vart fall i förhållande till Bangkok. |

Service is gemiddeld zoals andere hotels in Thailand. De ligging van het hotel is gepositioneerd aan het strand, waardoor ontbijten aan zee mogelijk is. Echter de ligging is ook tussen strandtenten en clubs, waardoor het rumoerig en/of druk kan zijn. Wij vonden de prijs - kwaliteit verhouding niet goed. Het is best een massaal hotel en betaalden tijdens kerstperiode naar ons gevoel een te hoog bedrag. Toen we de kamer/villa betrokken, was er iedere dag wel een mankement in de kamer. Varierend van de master panel die stuk bleek te zijn, tot stroom op dvd en tv die nog niet was aangezet. Het herstellen ging overigens wel erg snel. |
