Chiang Maan Residence  

it was charming and right by the chiang maan wat. the old couple was lovely.

the mosquito net was a nightmare as we were both 6 feet tall, we couldnt fit in and always get stuck, a bit uncomfortable. and we had to use it coz there were so many mosquitoes!

Well,the house is well designed by host's daughter(a young architect in Singapore).So you'll be fascinated by the furniture,the garden,the comfortable atmosphere in it. Also the transportation is convenient.

The dog is a little fierce, so do not touch it...

The owner was great. Very kind and helpful and hospitable. Lovely room. Lots of good breakfast restaurants nearby. The owner recommended Blue Diamond and it was great! Very easy to get around the neighborhood.

My room was a bit small and there was a lot of dog barking that I could hear throughout the night. Of course, not the owner's fault!

Beautiful courtyard! The owner is very nice and helpful. 整个院落非常的雅致宁静，老板爷爷和蔼可亲、非常热心地帮我们介绍出行路线和接洽宋条车。下次去清迈一定再- 住那儿。

The rooms are extremely good, if you attend to the price even more, they are very well decorated and clean. The cosy house also gives you a home feeling. Siqob is a very very very nice man and treated us with lots of affection... as we are portugueses he offered us an egg sweet that the portuguese discoverers brought when we first come to Thailand in the discoveries age (in portugal we call trouxas de ovos)...simple things that make your stay unforgettable

A really nice place managed by a very cute old couple, and the building is designed by their daughter who is a great architect. Wonderful experience of everything!

The room was really nice, with a great air conditioning system. The owners were really kind and helpful. The location is very good. Really good value for the money.

The hotel manager is very nice. He was very helpful. The place is right in the middle of Chiang Mai. Most of the Wats, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. The room was clean and decorated really nice.

The place is really nice and deserves the money it gets but if you're a budget traveller you can find much cheaper rooms around town with less comfort of course.

We had a great stay at Chiang Maan Residence. From the very start we were shown a very friendly service. The room was clean and quiet, in a good location. Would definitely stay there again. Very much recommended.

The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, the manager super helpful and the location convenient but quiet. I would definately stay again.

Windows were not screened and no fans in rooms so we had to have the a/c on at night

Location is very good, near the Sunday market, but it's a quiet a place to stay. Easy to find, near a temple. The room is well decorated, I had good sleep two nights. Service is good.

房内是泰式传统设计，特别是家具，很喜欢，老夫妇也也非常nice

有一点点难找

带3岁的女儿第一次来清迈，晚上11点多的飞机到达，开始我很担心小孩子能不能习惯，后来发现担心真是多余- 的，她迅速的接受并喜欢这里，以至于两晚以后换了其他酒店她仍然念叨要回那个＂家＂住，要住那个有老爷爷的- ＂家＂，我想大概它就是能让人有回家的亲切感觉吧。老公也非常喜欢不舍得走，他最满意床是宽大的略硬的榻榻- 米类型，总之一切合他口味。

总共才4间房很容易就定不到啦，所以后面要换酒店，设施略显陈旧，不过也可以理解为乡村风格对于喜欢的人就- 很喜欢。

老板夫妻俩很友善，热心帮忙，除了住的很舒适，旅馆的食物也很美味，谢谢这家旅馆，给我们的旅程加分了。

蚊子有点多，房间里的电蚊香不是特别管用。

家庭型的guesthouse 安安静静的 基本设施都没有问题 家具都很泰式 洗澡水偶尔会有点凉但是在泰国的气温下不算问题 店主老爷爷人很nice 旅店有小院子可以休息聊天晒衣服 一楼房间靠近院子光线比较暗 蚊子壁虎不少 地点就在清曼寺附近 出门向清曼寺的方向继续走有不少美食小店和message 步行离塔佩门也不远

第一次去地方不太好找，晚上蚊子有点凶

只有四間房間，房間布置得相當可愛復古，雖然空間略小，但很有設計感，公共空間種滿了植物，很舒服。 老闆夫婦人非常親切，主動幫我提行李，並告訴我附近哪裡有好吃的東西，最後一天要去機場時還主動幫我叫了計- 程車，感覺十分貼心！

蚊子多了些，雖然有電蚊香和蚊帳，但沒有什麼作用，早上時會聽到狗吠，因此睡的沒有那麼香甜。

是间老宅。房间很小，但很温馨。喜欢星级酒店的人慎选。整洁干净。有蚊子，但有蚊帐，睡眠不影响。位置就在- 清曼寺后面。打车到清曼寺后，顺寺墙往北走一点有个小胡同，左拐进胡同一直往里走，可能得有一二百米吧。主- 人会在门口放个小黑板，写着店名。要仔细看，否则容易错过。开始觉得店的位置有点太北面了，后来发现逛旧城- 寺庙，这个地点相当的好。距离几个大的有名的寺庙都很近，步行即可。而且是家的感觉，比后来换住的酒店感觉- 要舒服很多。主人是个老先生，非常热心帮助解决问题。由于我去一个寺庙很远，叫双条车和嘟嘟车都要200B- ，我只是问了下有没有便宜些的，老人就帮着打了好几通电话问价，最后我不好意思让老人再打了，没想到老人干- 脆和我说，180B我是不是可以接受，然后直接打了个电话，并告诉我帮我约好了车。我一直猜测，该不会是老- 人帮我支付了那20B吧。总之，这家店真的是要多好有多好。
