Well organized, very clean, competent staff, and nice pool. Can get a nice breakfast for a decent price...

A little bit too many rules explained on check-in cause a non so pleasant first impact, but understandable for a guest house who tries to give a more peaceful stay to their costumers... Payed about 100b more by night by booking here...

A very beatuyful and quiet hotel. We want to visit chiang mai thai house again.

Close to most places in the city. Nice swimming pool. Staff is attentive. Everything is squeaky clean.

It would be nice if there was a small refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold. I didn't like the staff using walkie talkies...it destroys the quiet ambience.

Teh staff was very friendly and they give us useful information about everything we needed. They have a very good enghlish comparing to others we met in other places. The hotel has also a travelling agency and it was easy to take daily trips from their

Great place, clean and value for money.

Staffs are pushy in selling their tour but priced fairly. Kitchen closed too early and no boil water so can't cook instant noodles. Apart from that everything is fine.

Kindess of rhe staff. The were really helpful organizing our activities. Plus the position is very good: a few step away from the sunday walking road.

No a/c in some rooms, but they have a goos fan though. We have been there in october so it wasn't extremely hot. In summer it would have been unbearable.

Good value for money and good location in the city. Really close to the old city and night bazzar.

Free Wifi is great, but why stop it at midnight?

Nice place. And the staff was super friendly. The place was taken good care of by the service staff - cleaning etc..

If someone is looking for a quiet / romantic getaway, the place can be a bit crowded. 38 rooms, a small restaurant and small pool. Almost fully booked all year as far as I understood.

Staff not very nice

The location is very good.

I didn't like that the bedclothes were changed even once during my 3- night stay. I could tell that by the obvious footprint on the linen I noticed when I arrived. I didn't like that the internet connection they offer works only from about 7 am to about 12 pm. I didn't like that a guest cannot bring their food into the room ( it states on the list of thing one cannot do while staying). I didn't like one of the staff member who, after saying " hello" to me for the very first time started offering me some tours straight away.( Although, I had known about this behavior from other people's reviews. ) So, I made up a story that I had no money and was awaiting for my husband to arrive shortly:-). And in a couple of hours this guy seeing me carrying a shopping bag with some purchases exclaimed with a loud voice in a girlish kind of way getting attention everyone around (some people were eating in their premises, others were checking-in): "Look, she has no money but she is shopping!". Unfortunately, it was very unpleasent:-((( Every time he saw me afterwards he asked whether my husband had arrived or not. When I was checking out he did not even look at me although he did say "have a great day" :-)

ClEan, good location very friendly staff. We did à tour arranged by the hotel which was very good ! We recommend a cooking course at the vegetarian restaurant very close to the hotel. This one is not recommended by the hotel but was great. We would absolutely recommend you to stay here!

Location is perfect near Sunday market just 5 mins to reach. Staffs are helpful and friendly. There is a 7-11 convenient store just a couple minute walk to buy thing.

There are mosquitoes in the night time and its will go to your room once you open-close door, so let's prepare the mosquito killer stuff.

They didn't clean up my rooms at my 2nd day stay, not even asked whether we need it. There's no staff working after 8:30pm. I think they should inform when we first check-in, it cause some inconvinient.

nous avons tout apprécié dans cet hotel ! C'est un hôtel familiale ! très bien entretenu !!! Tout est fais pour que vous vous y sentiez bien ! le personnel reponds a toutes vos questions et ils nous ont proposés leurs excursions certes mais ils nous ont pas du tout forcé la main ! nous ne sommes pas passé par eux et ils nous nous en ont pas tenu rigueur ! les Chambres sont spacieuses !!! c'etait parfais !!!

Très bonne situation géographique, à moins de 5 min à pieds de la vieille ville et à 10 min à pieds du night market. Personnel agréable, endroit paisible et joli. Chambre très confortable

酒店很不错，服务也好，还帮忙订去拜县的车票。位置很好，距离塔佩门很近，夜里也不吵。还有一只特别可爱的- 比格狗狗。

风扇房，400泰铢，晚上还好，白天会比较热，不过白天一般会出去。位置很好。

前台没什么笑容，态度一般。不过也没跟我们推荐什么一日游。

酒店工作人员很热心，帮忙订票，虽然收手续费，但总算解决问题了。酒店有泳池，房间很有特色，很喜欢。

价格比较贵，就针对晚上回去睡一觉，明儿天一早又出门的就不划算。
