The staff was amazing, wanted to help with everything and the location was good.

Upon arrival they make you sign a list of rules to respect and collect 200 bath as a security deposit in case you loose the key. Ironically, right after this the owner came out to shake my hand like a good old friend. The place is unbearably hot, noisy and smoky form the hundreds of vehicles passing by right outside on a main avenue.

Beds were comfy and there was nly 2 of us in the dorm for most of my stay so was very spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff were friendly but general staff didn't speak much english so would have to go and get the owners who often were sleeping in so you felt a bit bad if you wanted anything in the morning but they never seemed annoyed about it. Questionable as to whether they change the sheets or not, found a couple of hairs in my bed. Also the bathroom and rubbish were only cleaned at the request of the other girl in the room in the 4 days I stayed there and the drain kept gettin blocked up.

For the low, low price they charge, Chiangmai backpack house is amazing. It's clean, convenient, the staff are lovely and the owners are really amazing - Tony really goes the extra mile in looking after his guests.

The most friendly staff I ever seen! If you need som support with your traveling around the city and the North of the Thailand + budget guest house - this place is ideal for you. Good location in front if one of the old city's gates (next coast of the channel), 10 minutes from the night market. Owner and his wife are speaking English! They will recommend you everything, that you need to see in that amazing city

1. The people in cbh are very nice, always smile and willing to help the clients. They also give me lots of tips how to travel the town and the surround area. 2. The price is reasonable and the pubilic environment is very nice and you can use the computer for free. 3. A very good place for backpackers and small group of people, I'd like to stay there agian next time!

The owner is so friendly and helpful and will provide some useful tips, just like a friend. It was a really nice stay there.

There was something wrong with the shower, but it was fixed soon.

Good location, very near to the ChiangMai Gate, market, 7-11. Easy to find food even at mid night. Staff is very helpful. If you are a budget travelor, it might be one of your choice. I found in Nat len in the ChiangMai Gate for 2 nights after, it is much better and more pay.

The dorm is narrow and just beside the busy road. a little noisy, 8 beds in the dorm, Fan is not enough to keep the room comfortable and cool.

The staff was very friendly and helped me with everything, even with simple things like where to get a good fruit shake. I left back to Bangkok at 7pm and I was allowed to stay as long as I want in my room till my bus was leaving. I felt really confortable and it was very nice to chat with them!

The boss and the staff is very good and kind.good seriverce good man.It is a good choice to stay here in Chiang Mai.If I have another chance to Thailand to chiangmai I will be choice here again.

The staff were so welcoming & friendly & they did eveything they could to make sure my stay was as comfortable & smooth as possible. Even in difficult times, they went above & beyond their 'guest-house' duties & assisted with bank card relocation, as well as tour/city information...etc It was a fanstastic start to my 12-month globe trot :o)

The mattress could be little more thick/new/less springy.

The owner Toni and his wife are very friendly and helpful, I impressed with their hospitality and genuinity, I stayed in female dorm room. In April Chiang Mai was very hot, even in th evening the temperature was about 35-40'C and being in a room with fan only I couldn't sleep at all, when I informed this to them they straightly apologized which was very nice considering it's not their fault that the weather was hot :-) and they also responded really quick by purchasing a new floor fan and they gave it to me so I can share it with my friend. Even the wife gave me some cooling powder tout on my body and when she heard that I had an allergic with heat she gave me a medicine for healing my allergic. The room itself was basic they don't clean it everyday, the bed and pillow quite comfy, the shower was good but the bathroom not so clean therefore I always used my flip flop when I went to the bathroom. But hey...you've got what you pay for ;-) The Internet works fine. They also served breakfast (quite cheap but nice) and lunch/dinner(looked delicious although I never tried it). Other guest who stayed in this place also nice and friendly even as a solo traveller I got a chance to hang out with other travellers for few times and I had a great time with them.

The cleanliness, one time I found used tampon on the top of the closet (euugh) and it's just seating there for almost 1 day before one of the staff clean it. I was telling the owner's wife some suggestion to improve this hotel, because I think this place have a chance to be one of the best backpacker hostel (considering the owner are very good in customer service and accommodating too) The staff look a bit lazy coz they look only hanging around on the first floor all the time, thy went up and own all the time as I saw them but they didn't do it to clean the room or bathroom. Maybe it's because the staff are you, I suggest Toni and wife to replace them with more mature and experienced staff :-(

The owners are not so long in business. The place is thereby very new and clean. The location is good because you are near the centre and also not so far away from the nightmarket. The people that run it are kind and willing to help in any way. I for an example borrowed the watergun of the owner for Songkrahn because mine was broken. That sort of kindness. Of course sometimes they make small mistakes because of the lack of yearlong experiences. But when people work very hard and instantly correct that + have a very nice additute towards me thats not a problem at all. Long story short, I had a great stay, nice atmosphere, friendly people and a fair low price.

Small mistakes with the room. But very fast solution so not a huge issue for me.

The owners are great! Always there to help you out! Great spot near the center. Cheap rooms, beds in dorm are fine! Great place to stay!

The family who run this hostel are so lovely and friendly. The male owner (sorry, didn't catch his name) is always around, and happy, for a chat and will help you in any way he can - from suggesting mosquito repellant to hailing taxis and haggling a price for you! The family make you feel very much at home and relaxed here. The location is very good, and for the price you can't complain. Close to the night bazaar, temples and restaurants & bars without being overpriced and noisy. Will stay again when next in Chiang Mai.

Only small dislike was the mosquito in the bathroom, but as it is south east Asia you get them everywhere - even in expensive hotels!

老板人很好，虽然店里也卖吃的，但会推荐餐馆或出游目的地。旅馆就在清迈门附近，旁边有清迈门市场，可以体- 验一下当地的早晚市。

一个人住八人房住了五天，垃圾桶没有收过，厕所没有厕纸，下水道也堵住。不过二十几块一个晚上，要求就不要- 那么高了

我自己一个人在那里住了两天，本来是8人间的，结果加上我只有3个女生。虽然房间里只有电扇，但是也不会觉- 得很热。旅馆的服务人员都很好。而且就在清迈门外对面的马路上，周围还有菜市场和7-11，很方便。

此酒店禁止外带食物，禁止房里洗衣服。要去的同学注意了

地点不错，适合背包客，也还行，睡一晚上挺安稳的，老板不错

Lo staff parla molto bene inglese ed è molto disponibile e simpatico. Peccato che il resto sia un disastro.

Ho viaggiato per più di due mesi soggiornando in dormitori grandi, piccoli e camere private. Non ho mai trovato un'altro posto con delle condizioni igieniche così scarse. Va bene pagare poco e non aspettarsi molto, ma vi posso assicurare che quei bagni non venivano lavati da giorni! Per la stessa cifra ci sono un sacco di posti migliori in città! Io infatti dopo una notte mi sono spostata.

老板一家人都非常的Nice，帮我解决了很多问题~通过他们预定的车票或者行程也不贵~认识了很多朋友在这- 里，非常适合独行的姑娘~

我的位置正好电风扇扇不到。。床上有块霉菌斑。。。
