The location was really good, the rooms were clean the pool was certainly a plus and the staff were very helpful.

While there was a self use laundry we could not purchase any washing powder from them.

The place was immaculate, the staff friendly & professional. I had a few issues with my booking and they were most helpful & efficient. Communication was always good. Pool was clean, other guests were respectful - a mix of solos, couples & families. Infelt safe coming back late at night - the location is central and on a main(ish) road so not too busy or noisy. Check-out is at midday which is very reasonable. Also were very helpful when I requested ti change something about my booking. They were under no obligation to help me but they did - no questions asked. Thanks all :)

I would like to say something here to give a balanced view, but honestly, my overall experience staying her was excellent!

Great location to explore Chiang Mai, just inside the city walls. The hotel is comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated, the pool is nice and sunny, and big enough to cool down after a long day sightseeing and trekking. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for money and I would recommend it for a short stay in Chiang Mai.

The room was very small and offered little room for storage, so unpacking wasn't really possible. The facilities are not the best, we had a few issues with the toilet during our stay. The breakfast is very basic and a bit hit and miss.

I liked nothing about this hotel

room was small, just enough room for a bed, the swimming pool seemed to have a film of some sort floating on the top and the breakfast was poor I was given a small glass of what I think was pineapple juice 3 parts foam 1 part juice I declined to try it

When we arrived the pool was not able to be used. The staff immediately told us about another hotel they could take us to and check us into with similar facilities at no extra cost. We opted to stay at the hotel as the room we had booked was larger than those at the alternative hotel. We checked out at the end of our stay, however we had issues with our flight and were required to stay another night in Chiang Mai. We went back to the hotel and not only did they give us back the same room we were in (at our request), they also charged a much lower rate! They even allowed us to check out at 5pm for a small fee, which really helped with our little boy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and we would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was not much, however we opted to walk a few blocks up to the Coffee Club for a wonderful breakfast most mornings.

Clean, comfortable well appointed rooms with nice bathrooms. Pretty building. Good location in the old city of Chiang Mai. A lovely place to come back to after a long hot day of activities.

Pool was dirty looking for our first couple days so we weren't able to take advantage of that ammenity. Staff helpful but not friendly.

The photos showed a nice place but the reality was very poor.

    1. The swimming pool water was green and thick like a cabbage soup. Couldn’t be used. 2. The room was smaller than my bathroom at home. The bathroom was a cubicle. 3. I booked a Junior suite (double bed) and later sent you an e-mail (3 weeks before arrival) changing to a twin bed Junior suite as a friend was travelling with me. When I arrived they said you hadn’t informed them and no facility was available. I had to opt for a normal twin bed room. The suite rate was Bht2400 the normal room was Bht 1900. When I asked to pay the right price they said it couldn’t be done. So we stayed in a room and paid for a suite! 4. The breakfast was very poor.

Location, decor, openness, value for the money

Breakfast (no choices given)--a buffet style would have been better; somewhat unfriendly staff at front desk; room too small for doing anything besides sleeping

Old city of Chiang Mai, plenty to do and see. Good food.

Noise. On a busy road. Also the rooms have connecting doors and the walls seem thin. Haven't slept well. Transport system. No buses to be had in old city, just tuk-tuks, taxis etc, which can be expensive. Obviously this isn't the fault of the hotel.

Value for money. Neat and tidy. The pool is small but adds some fun to the hotel.

    No baby bed.

Right in the old town, this hotel is very well located to get around by foot in the city. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is well as well. There is a taxi from the airport that takes you for 120 Baht to the hotel ; you can reserve a taxi at the hotel to get back to the airport for 150 Baht which is still a very good price. We enjoyed walking around in the city, especially the Night market in the "walking street". Day trips, such as elephant trecking or a visit of the golden triangle can be booked all over the ancient town.

The downside of this hotel is that the pool is just located in front of the reception and the restaurant, not to mention the street; everybody is walking around all the time and it seems that the water is not cleaned very often. During our four days stay in Chiang Mai, we haven't seen anywone inside the pool.
