Chiang Mai Boutique House    

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

Great location, very nice building, nice deco. The pool was nice and refreshing too.

Cleaning of the room was limited to making the bed and replacing the water bottles. A previous guest left an ear plug in the corner of the room and it was never picked up. I left it there to see if they would pick it up but they didn'T. The space between the fridge and the wall was very dusty. The cleaners spent 10 min max in each room and didn't even pick up empty bottles. I told the concierge my room wasn't clean but I don't think the message was passed on. I think this hotel had a great potential but by the way it is managed I think it will fall apart in a few years. The staff was also not particularly friendly. No hello, no please, no smile, no "how was your stay?".

Front of house staff could have been much more cheerful & welcoming than they were, in comparison to cleaning/housekeeping staff All rooms overlooked courtyard & pool area, sounds/conversations from other loud guests sitting in that area echoed upwards and were annoyingly clear to hear at times

small downtown hotel with pretty decor and friendly staff, super location inside old town/city wall, surrounded by many small restaurants, massage spots,bars ect. Great refreshing pool. Good, simple breakfast. We could walk everywhere.

A little bit noisy. A pump runs at night on and off, but we got used to it.

We liked - the location -the self service laundry (although we didn't use it) -the staff -the free breakfast -the spacious room -the mini bar

The rooms are nice and very comfortable

The pool was not really usable - no sun, so the water is quite cold and the pool is at the entrance and right next to the street, no relaxation at all. So I did not really get the reason for the pool, assume it is just for having it to charge higher rates. The breakfast was just ok, more (healthier) choicees would be nice. They serve egg, toast, ham and sausage every morning.

Small hotel

This hotel is in the old city part of Chiang Mai and is well placed. The rooms are large.

The breakfast is a bit sparse... they did offer cooked breakfast but it was very basic and the other options were almost non existant.

Close to everything and good value for money

small hotel in noisy enviorment , also, there is at least one rooster that will wake you up too early in the morning. Bring ear plugs! The staff english was quite poor (at least the one we met)

Small, a bit noisy from the street and from a roster downstairs. Overall very good value for money.

Even know it's a little higher than average price for chiang mai, it's worth it..

good location. The staff generally good and Ms Peng & On were excellent.

I found the aircon not terribly cold and the LCD TV tend to irritatingly switch-off automatically after around every 20 minutes!!

Cosy, friendly place with a lot of good atmosphere! Swimming pool not too big but enough to satisfy guests needs. Tasty and abundant breakfast. Comfortable rooms, although not too big. Lovely shower And bathroom. Perfect location within the old city but close to the borders and to many restaurants and bars.

The worst Pillows and beds of our trip in thailand: Too hard both of them. A little bit noisy in the morning due to traffic on the street and at night if othEr guests do not pay attention to their tone of voice ( rooms are around the swimming pool like in a us motel). Anyhow we came back to stay other 2 nights after a trip in the north!

If you are looking for 3* hotel in cetre, it´s good choice. Simple breakfest. Nothing exclusive.

la posizione è ottima (via tranquilla e zona centrale per girare anche a piedi). l'hotel è nel complesso molto carino. La piscina fa comodo (con quel caldo!!). Vicino ci sono molte agenzie per prenotare escursioni.

nella camera dei miei amici si sono fatti vivi due bei bacarozzoni in entrambe le notti. La colazione non è a buffet ed è piuttosto minimale.
