Friendly staff, quality standard of spacious room, cleanliness, value for money. Pleasant Lana style surroundings. Excellent restaurant with good choice of reasonably priced food. Easy walk to city. Easy access to airport.

No tea or coffee making facilities. Should be free Wi-Fi.

Big room, good breakfast (choice of thai and european food), friendly staff, good location, swiming pool (hotel provides towels)

Wifi avialable only in the lobby, small ants on the breakfast buffet table, only one electric plug was working in my room, plastic plates used for breakfast

They looked after our 2 bicycles without any hesitation; locked and guarded them.

Although it was a deal we booked, it was still in the upper price cat. Unfortunately, it did have a number of travelling groups that did not respect the quiet time of other hotel users.

We Booked this hotel for one night because of his price and it's location near the sunday market .

The hotel was under renovation and for my opinion not safe to stay in because of this.. they should have close this hotel during this renovation ..

All the staff were so friendly and helpfull.

The noise in the corridors was really bad,you could hear people coming and going from 10 rooms away.

Value for money. Staffs were friendly and professional.

Some renovation were going on . Noise pollution. Yet indeed, I do agree that some of the facilities do need to be renovate. Sorry, contradict right?

Friendly staff happy to assist with any query or issue. Standard room a bit dull and antiquated, however updated to delux at not much extra cost and brightened up our day. Nice room overlooking pool. Location is good, not far to anywhere really.

Breakfast, after staying 10 days, became a bit boring. Would like to see them offer some cereal and yoghurt. Scrambled eggs tasted powdery as considerable amount was left every day. Yet, they kept on serving it up. Maybe order some crossoints and pastries from the bakery up the road.

I have stayed at this hotel on and off for over 15 years. The old wing has been recently renovated in chiang mai style much to credit of owner. The new wing has always been smart. Phoning the hotel, I was quoted baht 1500 per night but using booking.com the price for a superior room was baht 1000. The hotel entrance is currently undergoing refurbishment but doubtless it will look even better when the work is completed. Reception staff speak English. Breakfast has never been brilliant at this hotel but the coffee and toast are excellent.

Don't come if you want WIFI in your room. Perfect reception...

ผ้าห่มมีกลิ่นอับ มีคราบสกปรก เหมือนไม่สะอาด ปลอกหมอนเป็นรูขาด ทิวทัศน์ห้อง 537 ติดอาคารจอดรถ และดาดฟ้า ไม่มีความสวยงาม โรงแรมเก่า wifi มีเฉพาะที่ lobby ราคายังสูงเกินไปเมื่อเทียบกับสิ่งที่ได้รับ โดยเฉพาะคนไทย

พนักงานเป็นมิตรดี ราคาห้องคุ้มกับห้องพัก บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้ามีเติมตลอดเวลาอร่อยมาก แต่เสียดายน่าจะมีนมสดด้วย ประทับใจทัวร์ที่อยู่ในโรงแรมพี่เค้าอัธะยาศัยดีมากถ- ้าไปกันอย่าลืมไปอุดหนุนพี่เค้านะค่่ะ[ถึงแม้เราจะไม- ่ได้ไปกับพี่เค้าแต่พี่เค้ามีน้ำใจบอกทางแถมนำทางไปร- ้านอาหารด้วย]ขอบคุณนะค่่ะ

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องงไม่ค่อยหรูเหมือนในภาพซะเท- ่าไรแต่รวมๆก็ดีนะค่่ะถ้าไปอีกจะไปอุดหนุนอีก

Hotel très bien situé pour visiter Chiang Mai, propre, agréble, avec un personnel surtout à l'acceuil tout à fait charmant. Très belle chambre

Chambre spacieuse, correctement amménagée. La piscine est propre. Le personnel de l'hotel qui nous a aidé pour nos transports. Et surtout la proximité avec le centre ville. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Wi-Fi ne marche que dans la zone de réception. La climatisation un peu trop près du lit et difficile à régler

Kleine kamers. Wij waren op doorreis en bleven maar 1 nacht maar voor meedere dagen zou ik een ander hotel zoeken.
