except the wifi in room. We enjoyed everything here
Wifi is terrible in room
Very helpful staff - I'd made a goof-up, but they fixed it. Good people
Food - much better to eat outside
free snacks and wifi. Location. Bell Staff
the pole of the bed blocking the tv. The shower walls can be cleaner. Ventilation of lobby area and lobby washrooms.
Very old room, outdated bathroom... needs renovation
Close to markets,
Pool is cold as it only get the afternoon sun, old hotel, over priced, not the greatest staff, breakfast is too expensive,
The breakfast is nice and staff is helpful.
This hotel probably is top class hotel many years back. This hotel perhaps need some renovation to bring back its class during old days.

staff have no idea! ...
massage facilities is call in service
Position, staff very helpful, good english.
The pool area was very nice. Housekeeping was extremely friendly and efficient.
Loungers by pool in disrepair. Bed was very hard. Lack of lighting in corridor to pool.
A feeling of opulence, peace and calm in the beautiful entrance hall set a theme and atmosphere that was maintained throughout the building and by all staff during our stay. A place certainly worth a return visit and recommendations to friends.
Not a bad experience but only poor thing was condition of area around bath / shower especially disappointing. Considering the high class standard of everything else the black fungus staining between tiles took the grade of the bathroom down considerably. This is more of a maintenance job - no complaint against regular cleaning staff who did a good job.
Was great location for the night market and some lovely near by reasturants
The staff can't speak English or even understand their own menu so very hard to communicate , waited 20minutes for a cocktail for into arrive and not what i ordered .
I loved the hotel specialty the location
The air conditioning was amazing.
We got double charged and still waiting for the refund. Both the basin and shower/bath tub kept clogging and no in room safe. Felt very insecure at this hotel.
Condition an mantiance of rooms
convenient and comfortable location, easy to reach where you hope to go in Chiangmai. Swimming pool is great.
simple breakfast, facilities out of time
The rich decor and live music in the evening. great service and nice pool value for money but take your roller skates...
NOT enough chairs around pool, peole scrounge to reserve them like on a cruise. very unpleasant. Also it's 2 hotels and one has to walk a long time to get to the room.
Location is not too bad. Hotel provide free two bottle of the drink water everyday. Shower water is hot and with good pressure.
Although the breakfast is include, but if you get there late, the breakfast became partially available. Room with small ants running around, asked couple times to clean, no one come!
Near to night market
We had to change rooms 3 times in the first half hour. Bath was cracked with peeling off lining. Second room overlooked a wall and was smelly if cigarettes or bad air con. Third time was ok but no bath plug. No toilet rolls and no tea or coffee. Room service argued against any supplies and didn't answer the phones. Complained but Duty reception manager not bothered. Old whisky bottles found under the bed. A lady's pair of pants left behind the curtain when pulled. The chamber man argued constantly about bathroom supplies or lack of and no respect given for lack of facilities. Pool is in shade most of the day and half of the sun beds were broken so unusable.so one had to lay on the concrete flooring by the pool. Overpriced hotel. No longer a spa so booking.com should change this off their hotel list. Location ok but would not stay here again and we travel around the world often using this site.
