The rich decor and live music in the evening. great service and nice pool value for money but take your roller skates...
NOT enough chairs around pool, peole scrounge to reserve them like on a cruise. very unpleasant. Also it's 2 hotels and one has to walk a long time to get to the room.
Location is not too bad. Hotel provide free two bottle of the drink water everyday. Shower water is hot and with good pressure.
Although the breakfast is include, but if you get there late, the breakfast became partially available. Room with small ants running around, asked couple times to clean, no one come!
Near to night market
We had to change rooms 3 times in the first half hour. Bath was cracked with peeling off lining. Second room overlooked a wall and was smelly if cigarettes or bad air con. Third time was ok but no bath plug. No toilet rolls and no tea or coffee. Room service argued against any supplies and didn't answer the phones. Complained but Duty reception manager not bothered. Old whisky bottles found under the bed. A lady's pair of pants left behind the curtain when pulled. The chamber man argued constantly about bathroom supplies or lack of and no respect given for lack of facilities. Pool is in shade most of the day and half of the sun beds were broken so unusable.so one had to lay on the concrete flooring by the pool. Overpriced hotel. No longer a spa so booking.com should change this off their hotel list. Location ok but would not stay here again and we travel around the world often using this site.
location was pretty good lobby was beautiful
wifi was horrible, didn't work in room at all price was expensive for the quality of place bathroom was so dirty and shower wall covered in mold
Location, rooms and breakfasts great. No hassles
Gym equipment and pool lingers tired. A bit souless.
Friendly helpful staff. Very nice rooms.
The hotel décor resembling the old famous Thaipae Gate with water falls plus the garden area's on the ground floor
The location was nice and the staff knew english and was helpful when I needed something.
The beds are hard as rocks and I was overcharged for one nights stay. It was never resolved and I never got my money back.
Location, staff, breaky, room service, clean sheets every day and lotsa smiles and friendly staff
No bad experience
great décor and charming Thai traditional surroundings and pool and gym were top of the line
was promised non smoking was not available but cleaners came back and sprayed nice stuff to disguise smell
slow wifi in the room
The gym was excellent
Location is near the night market. Hotel is set back away and very quite. It's probably the best deal in town for the value. Even the fridge is stocked with beer and sodas.
No safety box inside the room.
Internet is extremely slow and absolutely useless
Good location, comfortable room, nice setting for breakfast
Reception staff not so friendly, I reported a broken shower and nothing was done about it for my stay! Other staff great. One issue I had, the swimming pool only opened at 8pm, this is much too late for the business traveller who wants to exercise at 7am and go to work at 8am, please change the opening time, most hotels I stay at the pool opens at 630 or 700am. Otherwise all good, room clean and comfortable, I prefer separate shower rather than one in the bath.
Wi fi slow to nonexistent in room. Marginally better in foyer. Overall the hotel needs a bit of a spruce up
comfortble, decent sized room and helpful staff
a liitle dated and no safe in the room
Not much to like really.
This is an older hotel, been fairly well maintained but it's dark and dim throughout. Caters mainly to group tours. Much better value for money in the many smaller boutique hotels.
Downstairs foyer and lounging area, breakfast. Good bed. Clean linen
Bathroom appalling mildew on tiling around bath and on the shower curtain. Toilet hard to flush. Dust on furnishings and very old and marked furniture. Noise from road and we where on 9th floor
For the price it is worth it. They have an amazing pool and the hotel is located 5 mins away from the night bazaar. Not forgetting the breakfast it's so good
Mosquitoes, but I didn't bet me, I think they don't like my blood lol
All good very friendly and competent staff with excellent attitude.
good location Good garding of cars and motorcycle
Internet fungerar ej i rummen eller ovanför lobbyn Väldigt slitet och gammalt
Good location, helpful staff, great views
slightly old-fashioned feel (just a quibble)
Swimming pool with towels. Lobby. Room large
Bath room enough dirty. Staff not competent. bar in room dirty and almost empty
I like the location and the rather big (spacious) environment. I also appreciated the room price.
I did not (really) like the two beds in the room, since I asked for one big bed. In the bathroom there was no hot water available; so I had to shower with cold water!
