Breakfast was fairly basic, but we only had it on one day.The Grand Deluxe room on the ground floor had a stone floor and didn't have as nice a view or as much light as the wooden floored Deluxe rooms on the first floor.
Very centrally located. Near the Sunday market (but not too near). Thai style room with wooden floors. Balcony with a lovely garden view.We weren't all that keen on the ground floor Grand Deluxe room that we had booked, so we were offered a first floor Deluxe room, which we preferred. The staff were very helpful in booking tours and taxis for us. We had two days when we had to leave on a trip before breakfast. A packed lunch was left in our room the night before. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

bathroom old, small and very cold in the early morning. warm water in the shower runs out quickly. no wardrobe, not possible unpacking your stuff as no place for it really.
cosy hotel in very good location. close to everything. temple in the backyard. nice wooden thai style villas/rooms in a beautiful garden. liked the hotel as it had authentic thai style both in the rooms and the lobby.

The air conditioner's filter in Room Superior 1 was full of dust and had not been cleaned for ages… The staff is polite but distant. They charged us the last two nights as Deluxe rooms while we had stayed in the "superior" rooms (the cheapest) by mistake. When I noticed an hour later, the receptionist apologized and cancelled the payment.
On first sight the hotel looks beautiful and very peaceful but they gave us a very dark and stuffy room while I had specified in the email that we wanted a room with a lot of light. We complained and the manager was kind enough to change us of room provided we were willing to pay an extra 500B per night (for upgrade) and we were ready to change room every other day. It sounded a good deal. So we spent two nights in Villa 1 (beautiful, we liked it), on night in Deluxe 1 (amazing room with a view on the temple. we absolutely loved it), 2 nights in Deluxe G8 (stuffy and noisy, view on parking), 2 nights in Superior 1 (the original room that we had booked - very dark, too close to reception, office and restaurant but quite at night). You can get a great stay if you book Villa 1, Deluxe 1 and a very disappointing experience if you book Deluxe G6, G7, G8, G9 (the most expensive rooms).

Too many mosquitos because of the windows (no glasses) and the air conditioning was not strong enough. Poor breakfast for ocidental people... But it was still worth to stay in this nice hotel, i would go back to it!
Great location, just in the corner of main attractions. Very very beautiful hotel, nice people and great service.
