The hotel must have been designed by a mastermind of efficientcy and functionality, everything was the way I would have done it, the best four star value for money and I did the leg work. |

Went to Bumrungrad hospital for check-up The air-conditioner stopped working 40 minutes after I checked in but I was already in bed and did not want to change as I had to be at the hospital early in the morning. |

the surrounding area of the hotel...with BTS, F&B and of course the comfort in the hotel itself the front desk staffs don't seem to be friendly |

Good location near to skytrain and shopping centers in sukhumvit. The studios are big and with nice decoration. Very clean. Next to popular Bangkok discos |

Location Lack of basic amenitities. On my 2nd day stay, the shampoo provided upon my 1st day of check-in had left only half a bottle, thus was expecting the staff to provide a fresh bottle but to my dismay, it was not. |

Great hotel have stayed here many times. Never a problem with hot water that I see in the other posts. Maybe the new fangled fixtures have them stymied. Very easy that handle does turn left for hot water. Broadband is spot on at his hotel. Breakfast is a waste of time at any Citadines I agree though with other posts. That is why there is a full kitchen in your room. Only 200 meters to a great Villa Super market same street. (Soi). |

The staff is very helpful, easy accessible and many happenings around the area. Short walk to the BTS and can avoid heavy traffic. The breakfast need to be improve so far I stayed for 5 nits and there was no improvement on the menu. we have to give up our voucher and have breakfast on our own. |

What I like about this hotel is that it's located in the middle of the city and has a lot of good restaurant near by You can't get the right water temperature in the shower. It only goes from cold to not so cold but no warm!! |

The room was very spacious, and it looked like some thought was actually put into the design of the room. Bathroom was kinda small, but it was still fine. Complimentary internet was definitely a plus point. And the fact that the room resembled an apartment was a nice touch. |
