Staff attitudes

The air conditioner made noise through out the day and night. Notified the staff and they stated they would change our room out but would not fix during my stay. Hopefully the next time if I get the same room 514 to see if the air conditioner was fixed

Great location on Soi 11, amenities were a plus, but were not used during our trip. Great value for the money. Rooftop pool, workout room and self serve laundry was a plus!

we were not allowed to check in saying that confirmation voucher has not recieved from booking.com and attempts were not made to contact booking.com agent from reception staff saying that adequate trained staff are not there which is not our fault.please employ more staff atleast at checkin and checkout times and staff should be more friendly

the friendliness of the staff the pool on the rooftop the fact that there is a laundromatic inside the hotel the sliding tv in the room the massage parlor across the road was really good it's located in a really animated road

the water wasn't hot enough in one of the room the AC smell bad the free internet is really slow

Staff is extremely indifferent. They don't care if guest is satisfied or not. Typical Thai indifference. I imagine the management has not given the staff power to satisfy the guest. This place used to be great. Now its getting old. No upkeep. Gym equipment is old and some stuff not usable. They don't maintain pool area with towels or dry of lounge chairs after rain etc. No attention to details. But. The rates are going up. 5 years ago you could stay here for 45 US. Now 60 US is cheapest and its old. I'm moving on to newer hotels on soi 11

Loved the complementary tuktuk service.

Internet speed is little slow. And the size of the bed is not at all comfortable to sleep with a 3 years old baby. Otherwise the hotel was simply wow.

Citadines Sukhumvit Soi 11 is conveniently located in the center of Bangkok with restaurants, clubs and entertainment just a step away. In addition the hotel has a free tuk-tuk service to the next bts stations (Asok & Nana).

The pool on the roof is quite small, whereas still usable.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and I was very impressed to find it was still running at a very high standard. The location is perfect as its near all the best shopping malls and many good bars and restuarents. Also this hotel is only a 3 min walk to skytrain which can take you everywhere in Bangkok for very cheap. The pool and gym in hotel are small but perfect enough for a cool down after a day in the heat. Everything in this hotel is very clean and of a good standard.

The only thing that let this hotel down was when leaving to go home to vietnam the reception staff got us a taxi that tried to charge us 3 times the rate to go to the airport,I feel that the reception staff was in on this scam however they didn't get away with it this time,this doesn't happen in vietnam anymore so very dissapointed that it still happens in a well developed city as Bangkok.

Hotel reception staff were not friendly. Not rude. But not friendly either. The usual 'welcome' 'thank you' 'enjoy your stay' 'how may I help you' are practically non existent.

Friendly staff. Always smiling, accommodating & responsive; Great location - 5 minutes walk from Skytrain Nana station. 7-11 store nearby. Located in the center of the action - but more suitable to singles rather than families with kids. Good value for money since the rooms are designed more as service apartments with your own small kitchenette.

My wife & I spent 4 nights in the hotel over the New Year. For the first 3 nights, we were booked in a smoking floor though we asked for a non- smoking room. Smell was terrible, even when they installed electric air purifiers / de-odorizers in our room & in the hallway in front of the elevator. Unfortunately, because of the Christmas/New Year holiday season, the hotel was fully-booked and the staff could not find us an alternate non-smoking room. On the 4th night - during New Year's Eve - we booked a larger one-bedroom unit. Luckily, they put us in a non- smoking floor.

Service, tutu driver and outside service was great. 2. Was able to order room service even though I arrived to the hotel at a late time frame (GREAT)

No wash cloth as in states (small) for taking bath or shower. 2. Had mini bar pricing in room but no mini bar.

The rooms were clean and the service was really good. The complimentary Tuk Tuk Service to Nana bts Station and Bumrungrad Hospital are quite helpful.

I stayed in a Studio room and the double bed in the room was not a king size one although it was mentioned in Booking.com at time of my booking. The hotel provided only 2 bottles of complimentary water, which is not adequate for humid weather of Bangkok.

the best thing was that the reception gave us the room at 9am instead of us waiting till 2pm to get the room. we arrived in Bangkok at 5 am hence getting an early room was a blessing :)

its a bit far from nana station but they give you tuk tuk service to the station which is good.

Location was fantastic for party-goers. In the heartbeat of partying zone. Room amenities were good and size of room is great at that price point.

The only thing that could be improved is the quality of room service selection. Overly western, could do with more Asian Thai selections. But you could get road side stalls if you don't mind.

Location is perfect. Price correct.

Central Location and easy to get from airport

The water pressure was weak and airconditioning rattled. Insufficient shampoo/soap in the shower. Rooms quite noisy if on the wrong side of the hotel
