Location Free Tuk Tuk every half an hour Cleanliness Staff Support/Help Cost
Breakfast can e better Internet Connection was okay but should be better
Front desk staff. Nice rooms. Very cool roof pool. Free tuk-tuk service to Nana St. Loved pretty much everything about this place!
For those who stay longer than 3 days, the breakfast choices might seem a little limited.
very very nice staff there and the facilities are not bad, value of money
10 mins' walk from the bts station and not easy to take a taxi there
facilities and comfort of the room it is located right in-between the two clinics that I came to visit in Bangkok so distance from the SkyTrain was not an issue staff is smiling! and helpful
nothing really. may be soi 13 - not an easy walk? but I used to walk via soi 11 so no issue
Good location close to main transports. Hotel has modern design but not well maintained (scratches and worn furniture everywhere)
Staff was not helpful at all. We had to ask for everything and no information given about hotel or local area. We were given a smoking room and had to ask for a change with not a good attitude towards this basic request. Shower had problems to get hot water and staff was not too helpful about this either. Close to hotel some nightclubs and bars which make noise if you face the street. One of the tables in the room had a huge layer of dust on it and the bathroom had hairs everywhere and not from us!
location, pool, great staff, nice breakfast
The room design
the front yard hotel not comfortable
Great value for the money paid. Very clean and nice size rooms.
Location - the hotel was located quite far up Soi 13. Hazardous in the dark when walking (no path, traffic and gutters!). Breakfast not fantastic and the AC was quite loud at night.
I liked this small hotel very much. Gym was ok and I liked that pool area was so private.
Road to hotel (soi 13) was little bit scary to walk because there was so much traffic and no sidewalk.
Good location close to soi 11 to7 where all hot night spots (restaursnts bars etc) are. Hotel iwn tuktuk will take you to the nana skytrain station to get to all the tourist spots.
Shower leaks and floor gets wet.
With the exception of mostly rude reception it's ok
Except for a new receptionist called "Milk" who has great attitude, all the reception staff are impolite and rude. Rarely a hello, zero eye contact and does not give a feeling of welcome or welcome back. Tiny pool.
Very good deal considering the price
Not really close to station
Stuff was great and helpful. They did everything they could to assist us, more than once. Great value for your money!
Overall we were very satisfied. Location is not too bad (10 min walk from the BTS station, and there is shuttle service from the hotel to the station), wifi is OK, but a bit slow
Good design, comfortable, great value.
No English news channel. Need CNN or BBC.
It's a best place to stay for it's price
Worth the money. The room has a practical with modern design. The size of the hotel allows more room for privacy. Good location in Sukhumvit.
Its only a minor setback - a very old towel shouldn't be provided to the customers.
The most perfect location if you need to stay close to soi 11. Clean and tidy, helpfull staff, good price.
Very poor WiFi, you can even say that internet is not working at all. Also, had to ask staff to change my room as there was a very noisy construction site just in front of the window.
The best thing about this place is the value it represents for the price you pay. We've stayed in worse accommodation in Bangkok for similar or more money. The quality is high and when finding fault, you need to remember the price you've paid! The free tuk-tuk service to the BTS station was helpful as the walk became a bit of a drag. Nice to have the roof top pool for a quick cooling dip too!
Nothing about the property. It was around a 10-12 minute walk to the main road where the BTS is which isn't really that far but seemed far when it was so hot! But they do have a free tuk tuk service to drop you there so can't really complain too much!
Staff is friendly and generally helpful, location is good. Restaurant is OK.
While the location is good, it is still five blocks from Sukhumvit. The complimentary tuk tuk only runs every half hour, so unless you carefully plan the time you go out/in, you are out of luck. WiFi is POOR and unreliable. Treadmill was out of order (and had been for a month according to another guest). The room on the ground floor was really dark.
Citi Chic is a stylish budget boutique property located in the heart of the Sukhumvit tourist area. The location is convenient to the Nana BTS public transport station and they provide a complimentary tuk tuk shuttle to and from the station. It’s a happening area, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, food stalls and everything that is uniquely Bangkok. We stayed for a week and were very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and furnished in a trendy, contemporary fashion with sexy lighting. The beds were comfy, the bathroom large with a walk in glassed shower and a large, deep tub. It was nice having a large, flat screen HDTV including a few English speaking channels to choose from. The rooftop pool was great and the fitness center adequate. They have a small café/bar in the lobby. The only disappointments were the sluggish WiFi service at times and the fact that they advertise a 20% discount for hotel guests on food/beverages but when we checked out we were surprised that the advertised discount did not apply to our bill. We were told by the front desk that we were supposed to ask for the discount when we ordered from the menu! I felt that that was poor customer service on their part and that an adjustment should have been made to the bill. They should advise the restaurant staff to apply the discount when they take our orders as they ask for the room number when we settle the check. Overall, I recommend the Citi Chic as it is a great value in a good location.
Sluggish Wi Fi
The room is very nice and the staff are so friendly and helpful , the location is a little bit far from the sky train but it's ok , only 10 minutes walking
To go back home
Little lighting and video problem
Away from the noise but close enough to shoping.
In general i think this hotel can be very attractive if they put a notch more in everything and of course reduce the room rate to compete other hotels.
The staff and the location was excellent. Very close to the sky train and bars for dinner and drinks. The street was quiet at night.
The noise from the room next door during the night. We could hear three people "playing". Better to go without kids. The opening hours of the pool was short.
My favourite thing was the breakfast. I live in Thailand and have been to many Thai hotels and experienced the buffet breakfast but here the eggs, bacon, sausage is cooked to order and only the bread, juice etc is buffet style. The decor is really nice, the staff are pleasant and it is good value for money.
Our only complaint is that it is a 10 minute walk up to Sukhumvit Road. Not really a long way but Bangkok is hot so it is tiring. They have a free Tuk Tuk every hour but doesn't start until 10am and finishes at 7pm. Having said that there are many motor bike taxis and Tuk Tuks around if you really cannot manage the walk.
