No rude Russians the price is to high for the scumbags. Excellent bus shuttle service Need to finish room 557 or at least port curtains around that little glass room by the shower so the kids can not see you in there |

The hotel was great!! The staff was cordial, helpful and very co-operative. Room was of good size and clean.The tariff was reasonable.The location was so-so and not much food choice for vagetarian travellers. Overall a good place to stay. Yes, food choice. |

The rooms are really big with good furniture. The cafe is also very pleasant with a large selection for breakfast. The smell from the drains is really bad which comes up through the shower and sink. The house keeping leaves a little to be desired. |

Spacious, elegant room, quiet & relaxing. Good selection for breakfast, pleasant staff. Air con. outside on the balcony was v. noisy & had to be turned off before sitting there. Hot water for washing/shower etc. temperamental sometimes non existent. |

The large rooms with lovely up to date interior and comfortable beds and a desk to write on. Also the breakfast was very good. The service and staff did very well too.It was quiet and away from the noise of the bars. The only negative thing was the swimming pool was not very private and so shaded from the sun that the water was cold. It would be good if more plants were put up as a shield around the pool so that you don't feel that everyone in the lobby is watching you when you swim. Also, if you intend to have families, a small gate should be put at the entrance so that children don't fall into the pool. |

the pease and quit nighbourhood , the good comendation . i came back to stay another week although the family 2 bedroom suit one of the best comendation but it lack of suplies in the room |

Quiet, reasonable location off the main street, but with easy access to all Pattaya. Hotel has free Taxi/Bus service to TOPS. Large clean rooms. Nice friendly staff. Poor Swimming Pool - Water was Dirty and no sun bathing area. Breakfast Average, choice ok but not as good as it could be. Rooms are large and very clean, but the facilities and fittings in the living area make it seem cold and uncomfortable due to the plain tiled flooring throughout. |

The room was very nice and clean and well designed, made me feel at home and comfortable The location was a bit too far from the beach and crowded area, we had to walk a bit to get to public transport It will be a good idea to provide shuttle service to several important points in the city for the guests |

Finding the hotel is a challenge, but once found it's OK. Location is quiet, the hotel is basic but OK. Details of cleaning (bathroom) left some to be desired and the breakfast buffet is modest to say the least. Value for money is good. |

The room (Superior King) was nice and a good size. It would have been nice to have a couch to sit in to watch TV. Buffet Breakest was OK but the food was always cold. Overall good value if you get the room for under 1000 baht.. My young Thai wife was twice mistaken for a bar girl and asked for her ID card by then night clerk. We had been staying there for over a week by that time. Not impressed but I suppose it is Pattaya. |

The size and design of the bedroom. Yes. The swimming pool was empty, so we couldn't use it, besides, it is in a covered area, so... No sun at all at the pool. It was so expensive and did not worth it. It was noisy and we couldn't rest during the night. |

nice place 2/300m to main baht bus routes,or motorbike taxi outside. we got free uprade to room with 4 poster bed(honeymoon 2 years late). buffet breakfast good (dont go last minute) swimming pool on small side but only 10 mins walk to sea |

Great value for money hotel which is located in a quiet part of Pattaya, but within easy reach of all the attractions. Hotel customer friendly for single travellers. |

good value, spacious and clean rooms, go for superior room. breakfast good enough, location not far from beach road but we experienced direction problems with taxi drivers. friend lost 200 euro when left his safe open. signs on roads to direct drivers to the hotel |

the rooms are very large and well presented,friendly staff while the hotel is slightly out in thr sticks taxis are very cheap just make sure you have the address in thai.........but overall top class hotel should say nothing and keep it a secret ;) |
