rengørning var for dårlig skiftning af sengetøj skedte kun 2 gange under 3 ugers ophold under badning bliver vandet pludsligt kolt personalet i reciptionen burde kunne snakke noget bedre engelsk sørge for at der bliver bedre styr på det varme vand |

The room is very big, clean, and luxury for the three star hotel category. I get the upgrade room to the suits room :) actually no significant complaint for the hotel, except the swimming pool need to be renovated. |

We take family suit, so got 2 room, the rooms are very big.Their hotel location is far from main road, we need to walk about 15min. Room is not enough clean, breakfast also normal only. Swimming pool is small and in front of the lobby We booking 2 night in Citin and get 1 night free dinner for 4 people, their staff wants us to choose 1 night becoz they need to prepare it, so we choose tomorrow tuesday 7pm, and monday we go for our show at night. On tuesday morning, their staff ask us why we no attend yesterday dinner and make them wait for us until 10pm. What's wrong!! I and my sister were very comfirm we had book on tuesday, and monday night we go for tifanny show,we silence our phone so can't get their phone call, their staff didn't accept our explaination.Finally we get the answer, may be she get wrong message 'tuesday' listen to 'today'. her poor english,customer service and attitude made us very angry, not friendly at all. |

Good and a clean hotel. Recommed highly for everyone travelling with family. Hotel staff needs to to be a little more helpful and give correct information to guests. We wasted our first full evening in Pattaya and had to go to bed without dinner because the hotel staff told us that everything closes down in Pattaya after 9:00 pm. |

I like Citin Loft, as it has a very good shuttle Bus Service to 2nd Street near Tops Supermarket. The Shuttle Bus was available all the times, it was just stand by outside. If you want to go back after a day of shopping or island hopping, what you need is make a call to Citin Loft, they will send the bus to Tops to take you. The room was big enough for our family. The staff are helpful and always have smile on their faces. It was a good experience for us to stay in it. I think Citin Loft has to improve their swimming pool, it is just for decoration as it locate in the carpark G/F and cover by the building, no sun at all. The bath tube is not so clean as well as the bed cover. |

The staff was friendly and the chef was so helpfull and friendly and the food was great. The family room was lovely - huge rooms. Will recommend hotel to all families. Thank you Citin for great services. |

Clean comfortable hotel which is located in a quiet side street just off Pattaya Klang (Central Pattaya). Approx 10 minutes walk to beach and close to many of the bars and nightlife of Pattaya. |

the hotel for comfort was excellent but the location was off the main stream a little hard to find even for the motor bike taxis I went to Pattaya with my 2 girls age 24 and 26 who like sun bathing and the swimming pool and sun lounge where under the hotel not good |

everything was ok for this hotel but the tax drivers don't know the location of the hotel. there is one more citin hotel at pattaya called 'citin garden' taxi drivers will take you there. close to the beach and no russiansss. |

The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast excellent, and very patient staff who try to explain everything in English for us, despite our many questions. There's free wireless which is a plus! Mainly the location and the surrounding view. |

The family 2 bedroom suite was large and modern. There was a free shuttle service to and from Topps on the central road which was very good The breakfast selection could have been improved by more variety - eg yogurt, different pastries ( same two every day for 16 days ). |

the staffs are truly cordial and helpful with tour informations, the room is sapcious and clean. The location though is somehow tricky(in side small lanes) to find, but it's very convinient to get anywhere you want(five minutes to beach) and also just because that, it provide a very quiet and tranquial place to rest. So, in general, I'll say it worth more than the price. hot water in our room was out of older when we were there, that just too bad when you have sweated whole day and wanted a nice shower. |
