Citin Loft Pattaya

The large rooms with lovely up to date interior and comfortable beds and a desk to write on. Also the breakfast was very good. The service and staff did very well too.It was quiet and away from the noise of the bars.

The only negative thing was the swimming pool was not very private and so shaded from the sun that the water was cold. It would be good if more plants were put up as a shield around the pool so that you don't feel that everyone in the lobby is watching you when you swim. Also, if you intend to have families, a small gate should be put at the entrance so that children don't fall into the pool.

Finding the hotel is a challenge, but once found it's OK. Location is quiet, the hotel is basic but OK. Details of cleaning (bathroom) left some to be desired and the breakfast buffet is modest to say the least. Value for money is good.

The room (Superior King) was nice and a good size. It would have been nice to have a couch to sit in to watch TV. Buffet Breakest was OK but the food was always cold. Overall good value if you get the room for under 1000 baht..

My young Thai wife was twice mistaken for a bar girl and asked for her ID card by then night clerk. We had been staying there for over a week by that time. Not impressed but I suppose it is Pattaya.

nice place 2/300m to main baht bus routes,or motorbike taxi outside. we got free uprade to room with 4 poster bed(honeymoon 2 years late). buffet breakfast good (dont go last minute)

The staff were all friendly and helpul. The rooms were exactly as advertised and were spotless.I Stayed there one month thats how much I liked it.

The Reception Staff

the rooms are very large and well presented,friendly staff while the hotel is slightly out in thr sticks taxis are very cheap just make sure you have the address in thai.........but overall top class hotel should say nothing and keep it a secret ;)

Pool area needs to be more inviting, Covers on the sun loungers,towels readly available and a sign for changing room (If indeed there were any changing rooms)

the superior room was big enough to accommodate a small family (3-4) which is good, its clean too. affordable rate for the 3 nights my husband & i spent..

maybe can improve more on the buffet b'fast, a few more varities would be great.. (also, maybe can have some halal food as well as i noticed a few muslim ladies in jilbab during my stay there). And of course, perhaps a little more training on English for the counter staffs too would be good..
