Des odeurs d'égouts lorsqu'on ouvre les fenêtres. Mais je crois que c'est un problème qui concerne toute la ville de Pattaya.

Personnel agréable. Connexion wifi gratuite . Chambre (suite deluxe) trés spacieuse et conforme aux photos.Petit déjeuner correct. Quartier calme mais proche du centre soit à pieds soit avec les tuk tuk nombreux dans le secteur. Il faut compter un quart d'heure à pied pour atteindre Beach road. et 10 minutes pour atteindre 2nd road. De là les tuk tuk pour rejoindre walking street en 10 mn. a noter à 10 minutes à pieds d'un centre commercial avec un Carrefour . La rue est éclairé la nuit donc les retours nocturnes se font en toute sécurité.

Les couloirs et les chambres résonnent beaucoup (conception du bâtiment) donc quand voisinage calme pas de problème mais quand clients qui s'enfiche , obligé d'intervenir. Petit déjeuner sans renouvellement. Coupure du wifi plusieurs fois dans la journée (mais jamais longtemps) Hotel un peu difficile à trouver quand on connait mal Pattaya. Un panneau en début de rue serait judicieux car même certains taxis ne connaissent pas. Au niveau des détails la réception tv( écran plat mais pas lcd !!) est trés moyenne (alors que la moindre télé dans les boutiques autour a une image superbe) et les lecyeur dvd lisent les toutes zones et la zone Asia mais pas les dvd europe . La piscine est petite et pas au soleil et devant la réception ..

I like the price, it is reasonable. And the location is fine. Just little bit far to the beach and walking street. But we can take the tuk tuk anywhere. Nice food close to hotel. So we can eat mid-night easily.

Well, the cleanness of the room should be improved. Poor pillow or dirt ground in washroom can be detected easily. So the hotel master should aware about and try to improve and exceed the customer expectation

The location was ok, and the staff at reception were friendly.

Room service food was horrible and not even that cheap. As our phones in the room were not working, I had to take the horrible food down to the cafe where 10 people prodded the inedible food for 10 minutes. Finally the French manager came to see what the problem was and also felt the need to prod the food. He was then very rude and told me I would have to buy a new meal if I wasn't happy with that and asked me what I expected for the price. So I suggested he eat it. As it was so burned and overcooked he couldn't even cut it with a knife. Horrible little man he is, smarmy and arrogant. Jameson's Irish Pub around the corner serves much better food at a lower cost. Amazing restaurant with friendly staff. The room had a nasty smell to it, that's why when they take your bags up they carry air freshener. The Pool is also dirty and the water looks very stagnant. I would NOT recommend this so called Hotel to anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I would also suggest the Hotel get rid of that very rude French manager as he is a waste of space.

In walking distance to beach, mall and restaurants.

Shower was not cleaned properly or at all sometimes. Cold cuts for breakfasy were not available.

Quiet location and I know pattaya area very well so location was not a problem for me but maybe more clear advice for those who do not know the area, good family hotel with covered pool making it sun safe for kids to play I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was nicely situated for the beach and town shopping malls. The room was large and spacious and was serviced every day. Breakfast was good and plentifull.

i stayed for 9 days and no hot water i think you need to fix that problem

Big rooms,good wifi, breakfast ok, good price so we would stay her again, not too far from central festival shopping,

Maybe far from beach, hotmail could not open, maybe blocked as in citin garden, it could open, after a few weeks thailand I would appreciate some cheese,and european bread!!! Far from the pier for going to Koh larn, only a small swimming pool

Size of the rooms, central location, value for money

Attitude of staff and Hotel Manager towards a late check out by two hours. Lack of skills in English language.

The Staffs are fantastic and very friendly. They are very helpful.

On my last night at this hotel, the air-condition in my room stopped working, and as I notified them after midnight from a night out, I was told I had to wait till next morning before it can be fixed, and if I was extending my stay then they will change my room, and so I said I will stay one more night but I was given a room with twin bed which I did not find useful considering I had a companion, and at 3.30 am and very tired I just could not handle the hassle and so it was easier for me to go out and rent one of many cheaper hotels for a third of the price and finally got a sleep. The hotel policy does not refund or discount an extended stay even in a case such as mine so I checked out in the morning and into a cheaper hotel with similar room facility.
