er was buiten airco ook een fan aanwezig wat vind ik zeer belangrijk is want alleen airco werkt vaak verkoudheid in de hand.

Bij aankomst was de kamer niet echt schoon. Het gebouw is net 2 jaar oud en de kamers met name de badkamer ziet er al slecht uit. Het water van het zwembad was ijskoud en dus niet echt prettig om te zwemmen.

Zwembad aan voorzijde. Tevens werdt bij het vertrek de kamer gecontroleerd op mankementen. Hierbij werdt verteld dat we de salontafel moesten betalen omdat er een stuk van het gelazen blad af was, dit terwijl dit al was bij het betrekken van de kamer. Gebeurd dit bij iedereen, of is dit een incidenteel geval? Had beter gecontroleerd dienen te worden. Bij aanhouden vertellen dat dit niet door ons was gebeurd werden overigens wel excuuses aangeboden. We hebben de tafel overigens ook niet betaald. Bij het reserveren stond "tft tv" dit bleek een normale crt tv te zijn.

The rooms are really big with good furniture. The cafe is also very pleasant with a large selection for breakfast.

The smell from the drains is really bad which comes up through the shower and sink. The house keeping leaves a little to be desired.

The large rooms with lovely up to date interior and comfortable beds and a desk to write on. Also the breakfast was very good. The service and staff did very well too.It was quiet and away from the noise of the bars.

The only negative thing was the swimming pool was not very private and so shaded from the sun that the water was cold. It would be good if more plants were put up as a shield around the pool so that you don't feel that everyone in the lobby is watching you when you swim. Also, if you intend to have families, a small gate should be put at the entrance so that children don't fall into the pool.

although the family 2 bedroom suit one of the best comendation but it lack of suplies in the room

all the staff were very friendly and helpful

pool was not in the sun or the sun loungers, and a lot of building work going on next door

Finding the hotel is a challenge, but once found it's OK. Location is quiet, the hotel is basic but OK. Details of cleaning (bathroom) left some to be desired and the breakfast buffet is modest to say the least. Value for money is good.

The room (Superior King) was nice and a good size. It would have been nice to have a couch to sit in to watch TV. Buffet Breakest was OK but the food was always cold. Overall good value if you get the room for under 1000 baht..

My young Thai wife was twice mistaken for a bar girl and asked for her ID card by then night clerk. We had been staying there for over a week by that time. Not impressed but I suppose it is Pattaya.

nice place 2/300m to main baht bus routes,or motorbike taxi outside. we got free uprade to room with 4 poster bed(honeymoon 2 years late). buffet breakfast good (dont go last minute)

swimming pool on small side but only 10 mins walk to sea

The staff were all friendly and helpul. The rooms were exactly as advertised and were spotless.I Stayed there one month thats how much I liked it.
