房间够大

1、房价奇贵；2、房间卫生情况堪忧，卫生间放出来的水是黑的，房间刚进去一股很大的霉味，整个房间大得让- 人觉得发冷；3、地点离海滩有点远，且非常不好找，走路去海滩至少15分钟。

干净，舒适，装修新潮时尚，设计独特，很有现代感。 洗澡睡的温度和大小都很合适，很舒服。 工作人员服务态度也挺不错的。

房间比有些价格更低的宾馆还小，屋内食物价格特高，而且连两瓶矿泉水都还要翻倍收费，我记得上次去曼谷ce- nter point酒店的时候，屋子大很多，而且每天都有免费的矿泉水和水果。而citin loft pattaya 酒店在这方面有点抠。而且很奇怪的，我入住的时候，被取消了预订，无奈改成了奢华房，可感觉和普通房没什么- 太大的区别，价格却将近贵一半。

1、宾馆很新，条件不错，远远超过国内的汉庭、锦江之星等连锁酒店；2、免费的早餐也不错；3、位置离海边- 步行10分钟左右，但很近。总体感觉非常超值，值得推介。

泳池小，不干净

We were 2 weeks in this hotel in february-march 2011. Very good location, frendly staff, about 10 minutes by walk to the see, very close to the shopping area and bars and cafe.

Very poor service and breakfast, pool very smal and no area around. Towels are very old and need to change.

Big suite room, very comfortable and have a TV in each room. Service staff very friendly.

Shower temperature not stable

The rooms are really spacious and comfort level is supreme. Location wise is a bit far from the main attractions but still convenient. In room wi-fi is real handy to have. Hotels free shuttle service drop off and pick up at a very good location.

Swimming pool only operates certain hours with little privacy as it's just between the road and lobby area. Other improvements like housekeeping, cleanliness, general facilities maintenance (broken basin trap bathroom, smelly room and leaky kitchen sink), cafe food required. Most taxis have mistaken Citin Loft as Citin Garden Resort -something needs to be done there. More advertising/ marketing perhaps?

Having booked online and seen the price we were a little concerned that the price would mean we compromised on something.during our stay. This was our 20th trip to Thailand and we have stayed in many resorts including Pattaya, our son is now 14 and required somewhere with his own space and not in the middle of the bar scene. Previously we have stayed at 8 hotels in Pattaya and Jomtien and fortunately this trip managed to out do all the other hotels we have stayed at. The added bonus was the two bedroom apartment allowed my wife and I to have privacy as well as allow our son to join us in the living area. Two safes, 3 TV's 3 DVD players and free WiFi, two bathrooms and exceptionally spacecious to be honest what more could a family want.

Being English I can always find something to have a moan about, guess it comes natural to me, but speaking with my wife and son the only thing we could come up with was the lack of jam for our sons toast, he hates marmalade!! When this is the moan it shows that our 14 days was excellent value and not just for the money, the hotel had very few faults, clean tidy, good staff and excellent rooms

The attitude of the staff was excellent.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired - possibly the Manager could survey some of the rooms, especailly the bathrooms! Dirty dishes left in a hallway for 3 days is not a good look. And maybe the Manager could allocate more staff to the dining room in the morning!

Love the Family Room, Was spacious and cozy, The staff are good, can free wifi..We really enjoy it. Will come back next time if we coming to Pattaya again. ;)

The rooms were incredibly spacious and housekeeping staff did an excellent job. There's plenty of space for the whole family to relax.The location of the hotel was great for us - close to beach and shops (walk or catch free hotel shuttle). Great food at the cafe for breakfast and room service was tasty too.

We had no hot water at all in our 5 day stay. It's just lucky that Pattaya is hot enough to take the edge of a cold shower. The staff, although very good at what they do, didn't speak a lot of English. This made it a little difficult to get our needs across at times. The kitchenette is not particularly well stocked: Microwave, kettle, 4 mugs, 4 glasses. This is ok as long as you only want to cook two-minute noodles or soup (byo cutlery).

Location was good, not too close to noise but also not too far.

Breakfast was very ordinary..not much choice, not keen to refill things. Rooms could be cleaner, e.g. shower.
