芭堤雅西铁顶楼饭店  

酒店的房间很大，也很干净。楼下的泳池虽然不大但也干净舒适。

酒店的地点还是差了些，去walking street和tiffany都不太方便。房间里的窗户一打开就是对面房子的墙，完全没有风景。

套间非常适合几个朋友旅游住宿聚会，房间宽敞舒适，面积超大，各项服务设施具备，卫生条件好！

早餐品种少，单一。

房间够大~设施算齐~家庭房有微波炉~

灯光太暗~卫生状况和冲凉设备状况很堪忧~服务态度部分堪忧~卫生：枕头从第一天去到已经是有很大的霉味~- 被子有蹟~第二天清理房间随便~所有床上设施都不更换~我唯有继续用那有霉味的枕头垫脚~冲凉设备：时冷时- 热~要不很热~调到没一半就全凉水了~服务：叫修理床头灯无安排~清理房间将你的东西随便摆~只收拾床~早- 餐券要不断催~叫帮忙很怠慢~

The room quality is of 5* standard but service is 3* standard. Location is good.Free shuttle was not available..

If they encrease there manpower with good standard ,they can claim for 4* easily

Very nice room with beautiful design and well-equipped facilities. It is not far away from walking street. and they can send you to airport by car. Nice!!!!

i enjoyed my stay in the hotel to the fullest except the drop in & pick sevice to the main pattaya center

Friendly staff, Good location, very clean

The rooms were incredibly spacious and housekeeping staff did an excellent job. There's plenty of space for the whole family to relax.The location of the hotel was great for us - close to beach and shops (walk or catch free hotel shuttle). Great food at the cafe for breakfast and room service was tasty too.

We had no hot water at all in our 5 day stay. It's just lucky that Pattaya is hot enough to take the edge of a cold shower. The staff, although very good at what they do, didn't speak a lot of English. This made it a little difficult to get our needs across at times. The kitchenette is not particularly well stocked: Microwave, kettle, 4 mugs, 4 glasses. This is ok as long as you only want to cook two-minute noodles or soup (byo cutlery).

The location was ok, and the staff at reception were friendly.

Room service food was horrible and not even that cheap. As our phones in the room were not working, I had to take the horrible food down to the cafe where 10 people prodded the inedible food for 10 minutes. Finally the French manager came to see what the problem was and also felt the need to prod the food. He was then very rude and told me I would have to buy a new meal if I wasn't happy with that and asked me what I expected for the price. So I suggested he eat it. As it was so burned and overcooked he couldn't even cut it with a knife. Horrible little man he is, smarmy and arrogant. Jameson's Irish Pub around the corner serves much better food at a lower cost. Amazing restaurant with friendly staff. The room had a nasty smell to it, that's why when they take your bags up they carry air freshener. The Pool is also dirty and the water looks very stagnant. I would NOT recommend this so called Hotel to anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I would also suggest the Hotel get rid of that very rude French manager as he is a waste of space.

Quiet location and I know pattaya area very well so location was not a problem for me but maybe more clear advice for those who do not know the area, good family hotel with covered pool making it sun safe for kids to play I really enjoyed my stay.

The good staff and the breakfast served.

There is no view to speak of and you had to walk quite a bit before you could get a transport.
