For more upscale shopping there is Central World and Gaysorn Plaza, a short stroll away. If you are not up to the walk, take advantage of Citin Pratunam hotel's complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service.
Citin Pratunam is easily reached in under an hour from both Suvarnabhumi International Airport and the Don Mueang Airport. Provide your flight details and they will arrange for your airport transfer, at an additional cost.

bad location with narrow street leading to the hotel. no specific instruction given on pick up point. My family waited in vain, only to find out when we finally got back to the hotel that the drop off point told to us was wrong. |

The staffs there are real friendly and helpful. the cleanliness was excellent. The location is strategic, enabling easy access to food, shopping malls and market places. The stall whose cook is an uncle just beside citin pratunam seriously serve the best tomyam i have ever tasted. |

The hotel is close to a shopping area. The service was good. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. We saw this hotel during a previous visit to Bangkok and therefore we knew where to find it. However the hotel may be difficult to find for someone not familiar with the area. |

The staff is very eager to help, it is a very clean and well-run place, the food (strictly vegetarian) was allways fresh and delicious. The neighbourhood the hotel is located in was a bit "popular" but, at the end of the day, it added a bit of colour to the whole Bangkok experience. |

Not much Room was smaller than it appeared in advert. It was not good value for money. Served only vegetarian food in coffee shop. Main problem was location. Difficult to find among narrow alleys. |

How clean the hotel was and modern the room was. It had very good tour organiser in the lobby that was very helpful and did not over charge. Breakfast and the food they had on offer though the day was very nice. The hotel would be very hard to find but if you don’t print the map on how to find it. I Google it and printed the map on how to find it. Taxi driver had no clue. |

the hotel room wad always very clean and i felt safe in there which was important as i was staying alone. The shopping was great in the area. strange location every cab driver we had couldnt find it we ended up walking back most times and the hotel had no pool! Which you need in that weather |

This hotel is located in very busy area where majoriry of hotel customers are whole sale traders from Africa and India. The area outside the hotel is not clean and it is all surrounded by very old buildings. This hotel is very good for shoping but it is not for fun. The food is more an indian veg. The restaurant, veg. dishes only and the area arround the hotel |

The location of the hotel in relation to the shopping district is excellent and you are immediately immersed in the Bangkok atmosphere amongst the multitude of street traders. The hotel needs to better explain the exact directions of its location. Even local taxi drivers struggle to find it ! It's not easy to get close in a taxi when the street market is on. |
