I really enjoyed my stay here. Great rooms, excellent gym facilities! Keep it up, I will be pleased to come back!

I would appreciate a small assortiment of fruits refilled every day, as we only had some bananas on the first day.

Clean rooms... As long as you get a non-smoking room!

Staff were helpful on occasions and terribly unhelpful the rest of the time. We simply asked if they could look after our cases securely instead of just leaving them in reception. Receptionist refused at first! We also were given a smoking room when we arrived which was changed after the first night but not until we'd stayed that first night. The second room was far nicer.

The price was very good. Location ok for public transport , room ok, staff ok

I did like the location of this hotel.it is located in the heart of the bangkok city. Very convenience.

Receptionist staff is unimpressed.impolite and put a very hihg tones when speak to a customer.

Room was big and spacious. Friendly staffs. Location was close to public transports.

Room servies were horrible. Nothing were changed during our 4 nights stay. Not even towels. Moreover we were given a torn towel....which is soo embarrassing for a hotel to run a business like this. They didnt even refillied any of the amenities. So if we ran out f soap and shampoos...we were in bad luck. Only services they provided was making bed and removing rubbishes from the rooms. Really disgusting services.

The staff at reception was very polite and spoke very well english.

There's no way that room received was Double Deluxe as mentioned in reservation. The room wasn't at all as described on your site and if possible I can upload photos. Also, breakfast was very poor and plates had different courses. Window from balcony had some high voltage cable right at the window opening so in the middle of the night we could get electrocuted if we'd opened the window. If we were staying for more than one night we would make quite of complaint. Not ok at all to promise something and offer totally a different service!

The staff there were more friendly and kept us informed on the facilities etc.

Some of them dont understand English, however it is okay.

The fitness center don't work

The girl in reception was so lovely and helpful all the time. The room was spacious and quite nice. Value for money is very good.

I didn't like the location. It was in a very dark creepy lane, it was kind of not nice walking there when it was dark. And there are no restaurants or anything for meals around. You need a taxi for everything. This didn't suit me.

Reservamos para este hotel pero por estar lleno nos cambiaron a otro de su cadena que era mejor el h Residence.. La verdad que maravilloso el trato y la estancia.. Volveré sin duda antes de volar a mi ciudad de origen
