Close to the city and beach. Nice staff very helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel at least three times before and had a wonderful experience that is why we returned with 18 friends. This time it was appalling. A few of us got bedbugs related scabies and service by staff was appalling except for the pool staff. I was embarrassed because i had recommended this hotel to 18 friends and we all stayed and most of them legitimately complained. The hotel is changing management and staff morale and service was poor as a result as jobs were insecure. I don't think i will ever go back to that hotel and i am sure the people who traveled with me will not recommend it. The tailor in the complex is excellent.

I stayed in the bunglos and where fantasic we only entered into the hotal for breakfast and for tour pickups. You didn't have to use the lift everday, It felt like being in your little house.You felt close to everything.

The only compliat was that the wasn't cleaned properly the stayed dirty it was never washed, Even on the day of owe arrivial the was dirty do they clean the floors with water at all? We stayed for 2 weeks and the same marks where on the floor. I did keep my room clean so all that cleaned was the bathroom a little and the bed was made.

Bungallows were too close to each other. If we want to relax outdoor at our cottage house we saw the back side of our friend's bungallows in 2 meters. It wasn't pleasant at all! As for our friednds' house is conserned, it had 3 split systems on the wall, that were making a noise everytime. It wasn't pleasant also for them. I think the photos of the bungallows on the site are not true. When we saw them we had another image . We thought they're in one line or may be there's a garden, a lake or smth like that in front . But on the whole the hotel is rather good, we had a nice time.

The hotel is very tired and long overdue for refurbishment.

very old furniture, especially bathrooms. No mosquito net on the windows, so the air in the the room cant be really refreshed. In the bungalow there was a specific smell of a fusty and humid air. I can really blame the hotel for the huge cockroach in our room, but just have it in mind if you go for the bungalow.

Breakfast was reasonable and staff were relatively friendly. The location was also in a quiet area of Patong and within easy walking distance of everything.

The hotel had a very damp, musty smell which was horrid. You got used to it after a day or so! I should have taken note of the other reviews on this website about this hotel and not booked but our friend was smitten with the thought of staying in a bungalow in a tropical surrounding! Having said that our friends checked out the bungalow but it was atrociously dirty and damp that they changed to a room inside the hotel! This hotel is way overpriced for the condition the hotel is currently in.

Hotel was not very clean. Carpets in the passage ways were not clean. Lifts were extremely dirty.

The staff were very courteous and helpful.

The were mosquitoes at the lobby and breakfast areas, the management should make effort to curb this.
