Vriendelijk Personeel-Zeer proper kamers met perfect en vriendelijk onderhoud-Zeer mooie en dagelijks onderhouden tuin.Pool onderhoud en service door konstant 3 poolboy's Aan de inkomdesk weinig of geen kennis van Engels laat staan de rest van het personeel. Had Luxekamer met balcon gevraagd met uitzicht op zee,en ook gekregen, Lag op het vierde en de bomen van de tuin zijn zo hoog dat er helemaal geen zicht op zee is. |

We were very happy with everything the hotel has to offer .The pool area my 2 year old loved it.We ate only breakfast at the hotel it had a great variety to choose from,it was peaceful and relaxing while having breakfast as you had a great view of gardens . Staff were helpful and very polite it was a pleasure to be there. No everythink was perfect |

due to early arrival and available rooms, hotel allowed us to move in to the room before 10 m and accepted also a late check out out 2:20 pm for of charge, hotel shuttle excellent, good value for the money during off peak season |

Location is great and very near to the city center and the beach area. Property is overall well maintained but still needs some improvements in cleanliness. Bedroom area is spacious. Hotel staff is not helpful and does not consider the business of each individual traveller. Public areas are overall dirty and smelling moist. Prices are astronomicaly high compared to the level of service. Staff is careless in solving guest problems. |

nothing, very bad experince in this hotel i have booked a balcony room two week in advance and i had 12 hours flight then when i reached to the hotel, at 11am they advised me that my room will only be ready after 7:30pm, and they gave me and my wife while we are in honey moon a very bad, smily and dirty room which i dont even accommodate my pet on it, and the attitude of the staff is very bad, i had to pay for a room night which i have never stayed in, |

I think the general staff are absolutely first class. Always there with a smile and very helpful. The front of house staff are a little formal for my likeing. Although you get a welcome, its not as warm and friendly as the other staff portray. Breakfast, in the morning is superb. There are plenty of choices, yet the menu is exactly the same each day. I stayed 12 nights and at the end of my stay I was bored with what to eat. The swimming pools are just devine and always spotlessly clean. I write this not to complain but to give my perspective as a seasoned traveller. 1) I had stayed at Club Anderman June 08. There was no "welcome back Mr ... or thank you for visiting us again. All hotels have a database and should utilise that facility to ensure the guest is made feel like they have arrived home. 2) I booked a cottage and it had single beds, yet I asked for a large bed. I was moved to another cottage, yet that cottage was not made up. Finally, they found a cottage that was ready for guests. 3) Club Anderman advertise wireless internet, yet this is not available in the cottages. I had to pack up my laptop each day and move to the main hotel area for reception. (not a big problem, just annoying) 4) Now this is a genuine dislike: If you take a guest back to your room you are stung 1,500 Baht per time. The room rate is not cheap, considering what is also available in Patong Beach and to then be charged additional, is night time robbery. With the economy the way it is and the lack of tourists in Phuket, the things I have just mentioned, go a long way for travellers to fingd better value for money |

The staff were great always willing to assist in any way possiable, The staff would talk to you while having breakfast (eg) hows is your stay in phuket going so far? which i felt special, Also helped to decied what see while in phuket. Its a great resort to stay this the second time for us and we would stay again, Also loved the Locating aswell next time will be with friends.Very Happy |

la proximité de la plage, le jardin, l'espace vert par rapport aux autres hotels environnants, l'architecture des bungalows avec un design local, la gentillesse du personnel la proximité du Night Club d'où l'obligation de dormir avec boule clies. |

年末年始のためか、金額が高い割には、家具や雰囲気などが三ツ星ホテル程度なのが残念だった。庭はとてもよ- かったけれども。 お風呂のお湯がぬるく、色も透明ではなく黄色かった。スタッフに点検修理してもらったが、汚れたお湯のまま- だった。 |
