Club Andaman Beach Resort  

Замечательный грамотный персонал на "ресепшн" , 2 хороших больших бассейна, красивый вид на тропический парк из ресторана, расторопные, доброжелательные официанты, удачное расположение отеля (первая линия), 150 метров до моря, хороший массаж (рекомендую). Завтрак и рыбные блюда в ресторане замечательные!

Проблема с полотенцами в номере - то забудут положить, то принесут вечером (приходилось постоянно напоминать). Мясо и коктели в ресторане оставляют желать лучшего, особенно при их стоимости (не рекомендую). Пакетированный сок почему-то называют fresh и стоит он $4.

Good location, beach across the road,

The hotel's "glory " has gone....I found out that they are closing the hotel on 2nd May for refurbishing or re building so till then and during my stay they did not put any effort to their service, corridors were dirty,never cleaned during my stay, breakfasts poor, staff could't bother, poor English, waited 4 day for maintenance repair and gave up as noone turned up.There was some insects in the room as well and we continously suffered with stomach troubles.It was my 3rd stay there but this time total dessatisfaction, great pitty.

The hotel location is excellent and it has a large garden with correct swimming pools.

Hotel rooms are old with bad maintenance. More, because of a problem between 2 owners, it seems that the garden will be separated, and workers begin to do construction under our eyes during our stay: we could not enjoy and stay at the pool because of the noise of construction beginning. The worth is that we had no appologize or any compensation from the hotel management, excepted a pannel written on construction wall: "sorry, rent period expired, under construction". It is a shame!

The staff did the best they could to accommodate everything.

The maintenance of the hotel was not looking good. Putting a screen up around the eating area was not appropriate for the guests. The pool area needed more attention and the gardens didn't look as good as they should have.

When have arrived to hotel at 14-00 us have forced to wait for settling till 16-00 since numbers weren't ready though settling should be from 14-00, moreover suitcases should be lifted in number

Quiet place (except maybe for some Bungalows located near the swimming pool next to the Discothèque). Good location.

Internet access too expensive. Rooms are clean but corridors are not.

This is my second time staying at Club Andaman. The staff are very curtious and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. The pools are fantastic and the beach is just across the road. The resort is also very close to shopping and entertainment and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again.

I liked everything about Club Andaman Beach Resort, I have absolutely no complaints.

The staff that worked in the bar/restaurant near the pool spoke good English (well one guy inparticulat) and they were very on the ball.

I booked a cottage, when I got there they said they had up graded me, however it was a normal hotel room and tge big shower head didn't work.

Only the house keeping lady was nice.

rooms are old, most of the staffs are not friendly.

Location to Beach.

Very poor staff, cannot speak English which meant they could not provide tourist police number at critical time. False advertised yoga classes and 'other activities' - there were none and staff did not know about playing soccer etc.

Location and proximity to the beach. The club grounds are very well maintained and good for relaxation.

Service was not good. We had to go to ther hotels for foods and drink due to the poor service. The cottages cannot be considered 4star.

The location and surroundings (gardens, pools, etc)

I found that the staff were sometimes a little abrupt, especially at the poolside when getting fresh towels and also at the breakfast area in the morning. Only 2 people fell into this category
