Club Andaman Beach Resort

The manager was very helpful. We booked a balcony room but was told it was unavailable upon arrival. So the room that was given had 2 single beds. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and that would not do. The bell boy suggested to push the beds together. Again this would not work. The manager found another room with a king bed as requested. She also had flowers spred on the bed one night, Very sweet. The breakfast had a large assortment of items and the coffee was good! The grounds were very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

When I booked on line I read some reviews and several said that the room they had booked, ie: balcony were not available when they arrived. I thought surely this won't happen to us. And it did. I am not sure how this happens but maybe looking into it might help for it to not happen as frequent in the future.The beds were extremely hard. I "borrowed" 2 mats from the pool lounge chairs to put on the bed to add a little more padding. The pillows could use and up grade.The music was very loud from the band playing until 2 a.m. the first few nights. I understand this could not be helped.

Pool area was very nice. Great hotel facilities. Hotel has excellent location. Airport transportation was really nice.

Location is great and very near to the city center and the beach area. Property is overall well maintained but still needs some improvements in cleanliness. Bedroom area is spacious.

Hotel staff is not helpful and does not consider the business of each individual traveller. Public areas are overall dirty and smelling moist. Prices are astronomicaly high compared to the level of service. Staff is careless in solving guest problems.

Staff very friendly and helpful , value for money , large gardens throughout resort and nice pools , close walk along the main beach road for shopping and restaurant variety

The English skills on key positions in the hotel (reception and room service) was very poor, which caused a lot of confusion and annoyment

The staff were great always willing to assist in any way possiable, The staff would talk to you while having breakfast (eg) hows is your stay in phuket going so far? which i felt special, Also helped to decied what see while in phuket. Its a great resort to stay this the second time for us and we would stay again, Also loved the Locating aswell next time will be with friends.Very Happy

Vriendelijk Personeel-Zeer proper kamers met perfect en vriendelijk onderhoud-Zeer mooie en dagelijks onderhouden tuin.Pool onderhoud en service door konstant 3 poolboy's

Aan de inkomdesk weinig of geen kennis van Engels laat staan de rest van het personeel. Had Luxekamer met balcon gevraagd met uitzicht op zee,en ook gekregen, Lag op het vierde en de bomen van de tuin zijn zo hoog dat er helemaal geen zicht op zee is.

年末年始のためか、金額が高い割には、家具や雰囲気などが三ツ星ホテル程度なのが残念だった。庭はとてもよ- かったけれども。

お風呂のお湯がぬるく、色も透明ではなく黄色かった。スタッフに点検修理してもらったが、汚れたお湯のまま- だった。
