If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged THB 750.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
10% percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

There were good rooms but they were located in the same wing where construction work was in progress... noise from 0800 in the morning. The staff wasn't well prepared and had a very poor english. They offered us a really bad room trying to fix the noise problem we had. To many steps to go everywhere(not nice if you have a baby) and the swimming pool was small and dirty. |

Hotel staff was good to understand the requirement Hotel was not clean and specially bathroom. During whole day there was a noise of construction within hotel which was very disturbing, Hotel rooms dont have sufficient light, you can read books in the room. |

Hotel is cheap, anybody can afford it, rooms are cleaned regulary, and the surroundings are quite nice. They had construction works from morning till evening, and sometimes in the evening...i didnt go to vacation to a tropical island to hear workers building new suites!!!! And 3 more things - 1. u cant charge breakfast for 2 persons 600 baht. I can eat 4 lunches in Thailand for 600 baht. 2. u cant say on your web that u have fitness in your hotel, and then charge the use of the gym facility per day. 3, when u try to make a complain the staff just politely smiles or suddenly doesnt speak english so good |

The Staff are great, and always do there best as well as being very friendly. The hotel is small and personal. Just on the border of town up the hill so not so noisy as being in patong. The shuttle service running every hour is great. Very green gardens, parts are like a maze. I tried some of the Thai food which was good, but did not like the western food on offer. The rooms are quite run down in areas and needs money spending and work done. As I was staying there was work going on at the time! But they were good enough to upgrade me to another room to escape the noise.So you could find areas in better condition in future. Not good at all you are not good with stairs as it is on the side of a hill. Pool was not so nice and did not look so clean, I love swimming but did not want to risk it. |

the rooms smelled a lot to humidity and mold,the cleaning ladies through the clean sheets on the dirty floor when they wanted to change with the old ones,the furniture where really old , we found a hair inside the food of the pool restaurant, the air contition needed repairing, the pillows had mold,the pictures of the hotel are realy misleading,we cheacked out the next day having to pay 50%+1 day... |

The location of the hotel was good. The environment of the hotel was also very nice with soft music playing all the time in the open lobby. The bathroom is in desperate need of updating. We had jacuzzi suite and there was mold all around the tub and on the shower curtain. Floor should be tiled all around instead of half tile and half dirty rocks. Breakfast buffet was always cold despite being on warmers which was never lighted. Fruit and breads were never covered leaving bugs to crawl about. Not enough english spoken by staff. |
