very nice quaint resort. has a shuttle bus that brings you into Patong beach. restaurant was mediocre, but good for value. rooms were nice and spacious. would go back.

This is my second stay. I feel this is an excellent choice. I appreciate the seclusion and the pampering of the staff.

The location of the hotel was good. The environment of the hotel was also very nice with soft music playing all the time in the open lobby.

The bathroom is in desperate need of updating. We had jacuzzi suite and there was mold all around the tub and on the shower curtain. Floor should be tiled all around instead of half tile and half dirty rocks. Breakfast buffet was always cold despite being on warmers which was never lighted. Fruit and breads were never covered leaving bugs to crawl about. Not enough english spoken by staff.

Staff were accommodating to our concerns about excess noise of works done near our room and upgraded us. Management were excellent. Cannot compliment the management staff enough. Rianne and Tuen were very professional, calm, yet friendly and helpful.

The breakfast range was not too great, food was often cold and not enough was given. Management should consider a buffet?

Zeer goede ontvangst bij aankomst, met duidelijke beschrijving van de faciliteiten en rondleiding doorheen de kamer met uitleg over de kluis, etc.. Na een klein mankement met de airco, onmiddellijk een upgrade naar een andere kamer voorgesteld gekregen en na reparatie de keuze om te blijven of terug te keren...

Sehr schönes etwas abseits von Patong gelegen. Sehr schöne Anlage. Hatte ein Deluxe Zimmer im Haupthaus gebucht, sehr geräumig und mit Balkon. In der Ferne konnte ich das Meer noch sehen. Preisleistungsverhältnis für das Zimmer sehr gut. Die in der Anlage befindlichen Bungalows sind sehr schön, kosten jedoch das doppelte des Deluxe Zimmers. Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

liian paljon rappusia, huoneissa ei ollut hiustenkuivaajia,suihkuverho homeessa,kosteus ongelmia,kaapistotilat mitättömät,kuntosali laitteet rikki,huijausta.

J'ai aimé l'accueil fait par le personnel de l'hôtel, leur attention à tous égards, la propreté des lieux et le cadre général de l'hôtel (jolie décoration, cadre verdoyant,propreté générale ).

Le bungalow où nous étions installé était situé dans un endroit sombre( c'est le seul, alors évitez de réserver le bungalow B 05!), pas d'étagère pour disposer nos affaires, les travaux dans le bungalow n'était pas complètement fini (problème de finitions, remontées au niveau des toilettes et fuites d'eau).
