Hotel confortevole, pulito, tranquillo, con una colazione abbondante, staff molto disponibile a risolvere problemi, massaggiatrice straordinaria. Giardino molto curato e piscina costantemente pulita nel togliere le foglie. Ristorante buono. Motorino in buono stato.

E' immerso nel verde , molto tranquilla la posizione, personale gentile e disponibile

Quiet, well designed hotel. 24 hour pool.

When we came, they told us that our booked room was not available and they offered us a free "upgrade" - Jacuzzi Suite. When we saw the room we were amazed how awful it was. Very poor condition. We asked for another room, and were shown even worse room - with a view on a concrete wall and the furniture one wouldn't want to touch. We said we were leaving but they told us that we'll be charged for the whole period that we boked - 13 nights. And offered us a Deluxe room for extra 400 baht/night. It was a bit better than previous two, so we agreed. The air conditioning system did not work. And everyday they promised a mechanic comes. He did not. Room cleaning was in the morning, and they did not clean while we slept, so we had our room uncleaned for 3-4 days. We slept on the floor - the only possible way to chill. On a way to hotel at 11 p.m. we were attacked and beaten by 8-10 thai guys, but managed to escape. Tried to tell that to receptionist but did not even raised his eyes. "Do you hear me? We'd like to call police" - no response, like nobody there. I guess they could cut us in front of the lobby and he would't care for sure. On a sixth day we said we were leaving by any means. They charged us one night extra for early checkout. And that was the end of a nightmare! We moved to a new hotel (not presented anywhere on the net) with large pool and totally new furniture on Soi San Sabai (3 min to Bangla) and that was wonderful - for the absolutely same price. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. This hotel is obviously abandoned by its owners. For many years. I just dont understand why there are so many good reviews! I spoke with many thai people bout that place and not a single good opinion. "Club bamboo? ohhh you better change to another place!" - everyone said.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Everything went smooth, earls check-in was no problem. They had transportation from the Hotel to the beach. I tried transportation and walk, it took only 10 minutes to walk and it was easy to find the way. Must stay if you sant to stay in Patong and want to be near to the nightlife but want some privacy and not to much nois during the night, It is Patong !! As Mention before really genuin and friendly staff, I Will stay here next time !

The hotel room was a bit of dissapoitment for us, because seemed quite old, and an emergency renovation need to take place. Plus that the 1st of our total 5 nights they gave us a room that did not look at all the one we booked on internet.(seemed quite old and dirty). No good value for money.

The resort was comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.The room was clean and sufficiently comfortable.

As I was travelling on my own, I felt the location was too far from Bangla Rd.I Wasn't impressed with the pool.After reading the reviews ,I felt assured that the resort was suitable for a solo traveller but I think I was slightly mis-led.

Location, far from center of Patong Beach with no transfer

The service was very good. Very friendly staff. Accommodated our needs even started breakfast early as our transfer was leaving at 7 am.

Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom needed re doing

I can't overstate how excellent this hotel is. We booked in for 1 night and extended our stay by 4 nights. The rooms are lovely, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are on a budget and are looking for a change from regular backpacker accommodation you can't not stay here!

There was a problem with communication as most of the staff did not understand english which made it difficult for us to ask any services from them .. the bed sheet were not clean . I left 2000 tb as deposit when I checken inn , when I checked out I paied full fair and I forgot to ask about the money , the staff did not remind me about that , so now I need my money back (2000 bt) please find a way to send it back to me,as I went back home to jordan.
