The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The location is good, really close to the night bazaar area.
The rooms were disappointing judging by the photos and rating, the windows had no blinds so the room was exposed to the car parking and the beds were not that good. The free wifi is awful.
great mattress for me. i like it firm. good location good staff nice atmosphere
my room was next to stairwell on 1st floor...noisy from other guests at times, but no problem at important quiet times. slippery glazed tile floor in room.
Location and small place. I don't like to stay in large hotel.
Lock is broken. Price is quite expensive.
Wonderful staff, great location. Privacy as the hotel is not all that large.
Breakfast buffet was great but food a little to cool to cold, other than that, no complaints.
Great location, right in the middle of the night bazaar. Not too far of a walk to the other downtown areas of Chiang Mai. Plenty of food options nearby. Not too far from the airport. Hotel staff was nice and spoke English well.
Can be difficult to get to if traveling in the evening. We returned from an all day excursion and had to be dropped off at the edge of the night bazaar. Not a big problem though. Breakfast was not very good. It felt like the window shades on our first floor room were fairly see-through. Wi-fi signal in the room was terrible, had to go to the lobby to get a good signal.
Inside the night bazaar.
Could not find a taxi in the morning, they charged 150 baht for a hotel car just to go across the road. Very small pool. Dint use it.
24 hr helpful staff free breakfast perfect location in night bazaar good wifi in rooms
beds were a bit hard but not a big deal breaker
Staff very kind, helpful and friendly. 2mins from night bazar.
Stinky smell from bathroom. Matress too hard (but typical to asian hotels).
Great location. Staff excellent. Most speak english
First day buffet was good from then on needed to order breakfast with buffet. Very little breakfast for hungry travellers
Very Central and just a great place to stay
close to every thing
The hotel is in the heart of the night bazaar which was very convenient and fun.
Upon booking we were not informed of the pool being closed for refurbishment, which was a big disappointment. The trash in the bathroom had not been disposed of from the previous guest. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming. Payment was required up front, which didn't make a ton of sense to us as they charged for the waters/snacks/beers in the room. We asked for an early morning taxi arrangement for the airport and the front desk kept changing price points, which seemed a bit shady. Mind you, this was after the booking.com page reported having free airport transfer. Our taxi from the airport was 160 baht, which they jumped to first 200 and then 300. We hired our own taxi instead and on our way out the young man at the front desk would not permit us to leave until he "checked" our room. He then charged us for snickers bars we didn't even eat. We didn't feel like arguing at 5am and needed to make a flight so we ended up just paying in order to leave.
The staff very nice but then all Thai people are nice.
The bed and pillow hard. An old hotel for new price. Breakfast very basic
Nice hotel, near to the night market
Only location and Staff
Matress very hard, dark in the coridores, smoking smell in the room, I am lucky book 1 night only and I am sure not book again
Oustanding service Very Clean Very friendly staff Perfect location Rich breakfast All perfect!
Staff were amazing! Just a minute away from night bazaar! Excellent choice for that price.
Nothing happened that bothered us.
Brilliant location and very pleasant staff.
location near the night market.
very simple facilities. bathroom was quite old. not very clean. you could see some dust on the floor. wifi only at the reception.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. Extra towels were given for swimming. The best part was its location to the night bazaar which was literally on our door step so we never struggled to find a place to eat out. All in all, great value for money.
If I had to nit pick, the breakfast was really bad!
Rooms, staff and location all suited our needs.Great time during sonkran.
Really nice Thai decor, breakfast was OK, Small pool but enough for a cool down. We would stay here again
Windows boarded - we could not see out without letting the Mossies in.
We initially booked our stay for three nights, which we were forced to pay for upfront upon arriving at the hotel. Following a change in our itinerary after spending two of the three nights there, we were told we could not be reimbursed for the third night that we would not be using due to the fact that "we used booking.com to reserve the room."
The location. Calm area however very near from the touristic night bazaar and nightlife scene Clean rooms Friendly staff
Old TV Noisy at night due to poor insulation of the rooms A bit expensive for the room type. Same can be offered for around 1100 THB within the area instead of 1600 THB
Great location by the Night Bazaar Good buffet breakfasts included in the price Comfortable room, good value, and quiet
Nothing really, overall a positive experience
