Very cute, clean cabins and villas located on the beach. Quite area away from the busy areas so great for kids/relaxing. Nice gardens and great pool area overlooking the beach. Staff were extremely lovely and interacted with our 6 month old baby. Would recommend. Short taxi ride to Mae Nam night markets (thursday night) and also Bo Phut markets (friday night). Restaurant was a bit pricey so did not eat there much.

The staff were generally unfriendly (the reception staff were actually very rude). The room was nothing like the web photos. My son was burnt on an exposed hot water pipe in the bathroom and not only did the hotel not have a first aid kit, the staff complained (even shouted at me) when I asked them to get a bandage from somewhere. Room safe didn't work, main door didn't close properly and the air-conditioner was very leaky. No assistance given when asked for information regarding car hire, places to see etc. Without a shadow of doubt, the very worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not a single redeeming feature.

It is situated close to the port so it is an ideal place for a night before catching a boat to the islands. The beds are quite hard.

spacious rooms, relaxing decor. Helpful staff able to organise pretty much anything from the reception Like many things in Thailand, this resort looked great from a distance, but up close was actually not well maintained (water damage in the bathroom, doors to bathroom, cupboards difficult/sticky to operate)

The size and on site location of our room; the comfortable beds; the gardens and birds; the quiet ;the pool area and cleanliness of pool; easy access to beach; the international, age and family variety staying there; the breakfasts and the friendly staff in this area. Having to settle all the accomodation bill at check-in; the complete absence of any manager circulating and/or interacting with guests; adjacent ferry/ island trip tourists drifting in and out of restaurant/ pool area

The location was very nice and the swimming pool was nicely situated with a lovely sea view. The accommodation was clean. The beds were EXTREMELY hard! Like sleeping on a plank. Although the room was kept clean, we had to go to reception to ask for toilet rolls. The room was very basic. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, even though our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after 4 p.m,

A relaxed family friendly resort with a lovely pool, and great access to the beach. A very pleasant restaurant/bar onsite, friendly staff and generous sized clean family room (4 beds) Some language problems with front desk, communication difficult with telephones not working from rooms.

Lovely restort, very clean and great location. However, the staff spoke hardly any English which was very frustrating at times We only stayed for one night and had no water, which meant we couldn't have a shower before our long flight home.

Our room had its own private pool and sunbathing deck. That's cool! Internet connection in the room was good. We were allowed to check-out late without any extra charge. Breakfast was more than adequate. Good place to have a easy, laid-back, relaxing holiday with family.

We booked a superior Bungalow for 3 people. We confirmed prior to travel that it would be ok to have an extra bed in the room. When we were shown to the bungalow, it looked nothing like any of the photos we had seen on the website. From the outside it looked like a P.O.w hut. The inside wasn't much better. The walls looked like they had white painted woodchip wallpaper on them. There was a very small double bed with very little room at either side of it. When the maids came with the extra bed - there was no space big enough in the room to put it! The bathroom, although a decent size was basic. We went straight to reception to check out. They did offer us an upgrade, but as we were so disappointed by the very basic accomodation we had just seen we decided that we did not want to stay. I expected to have to lose the deposit already paid (which was half of the total cost for 2 people), but they told me they would take the outstanding half from my credit card as cancellation had to be 3 days prior to check-in-date! It does not say this on the website - it says cancellations are subject to a 50% fee. I feel really ripped off!

I liked staying at Cocopalm beach. It`s a nice quiet place where u can relax, staff is very nice and smiling, they don`t speak very much english, just basic sentences. Wifi is everywhere, by pool, by bungalows, pool bar. Housekeping excellent, they change even beach towels everyday. There was group of dogs making company to all guests. Breakfest very good. The restaurant in the resort has tourist prices but if u go outside of resort u can find restaurants and massage cheaper then in resort.

1. Staffs were so nice and friendly. I felt so attached that I was so heavy-hearted to leave! 2. Ample towels 3. Harmless dogs here and there but weirdly, NO poop! 4. Individual chalets, so minimum noise. 5. Restaurants just walking distance down the street, so it's very convenient when looking for food. Cheap as well. Great if you're looking to try some authentic thai food. Also serve western food, which is a plus. 6. Swimming pool of decent size and depth. Great for kids and mild swimming for adults. 7. Clean beach 8. Free bottled water everyday. 9. Clean rooms. 10. Great value for money 1. Wooden floors that make cracking noise when stepped on. It only happens on certain spots but it can get pretty annoying especially when there were 4 of us (family) sharing a chalet. Shouldn't be a big problem if it's just 1 or 2 guests. 2. Bugs. However, staffs were very kind to drop by to spray some insect repellent even during wee hours at night. 3. 1 or 2 receptionists cannot speak English. It was rather difficult to communicate. There was one particular receptionist who had very bad common sense. So sign language was a bit difficult for her to understand. 4. Swimming pool not cleaned regularly. On the last day of my stay, the pool was rather cloudy with floating bugs and stuff. 5. No money changing service. 6. No free available adapter to borrow.

Very friendly and service minded staff at the reception. Nice clean bungalows. Good breakfast. Extremel helpfull when we needed some medical help at 9pm one night. Prize level at the pool bar and restaurant are quite high in relation to the quality. Good And more reasonable prized restaurants in the street behind the resort. Easily within wlking distance. Staff at the pool bar and restauran very eager to offer you h menu and ask very frequantly if you would like something to drink. After some days they realize that we that we wte not he big spenders.

Lovely and relaxing. Beautiful pool and bar area and right on the beach, which isn't as 'touristy' as Chaweng beach. The bar staff were awesome and even arranged a football game between some of the staff and some guests.
